Before I knew it, there was a wolf on top of Enslee, and he had her neck between his teeth. He was growling deeply from his chest, and he ripped away, taking a chunk of flesh with him.
Blood started going everywhere, and I bared my own teeth biting down onto his neck. I used all my strength to bite down on his neck and snap it. Enslee whipped around quickly to fight off her attacker but stopped when she saw his limp body in my jaws.
Are you okay? I saw him rip a chunk of your neck out.
I’m fine. Are you okay?
I couldn’t believe that she was standing, let alone fine. I looked closer at her neck, where he bit, and the fur was bloody, but there wasn’t a visible wound.
