In the early morning, Tyler Wand had already arrived at his company for work. His assistant, Phillipe, came running to him holding a newspaper copy." Sir, will you look at this?" showing Tyler the newspapers " you're all over the world, boss. Everyone is thankful for what you're doing. In fact, you are now a star. How does it feel? Tyler raised one eyebrow, looking at him. " Well, it feels so ridiculous when you're saying it. Will you please get that thing out of my sight? Then Phillipe did as he was told. "As you wish,sir." "Is everything done and put in place?" He asked while checking on his watch. "Oh. Yes, sir. Except for your suit, which will be ready in a while," he answered. "What? How is that even possible? I'm leaving in ten minutes........ and everything is not ready? I want everything ready in five seconds from now, Phillipe!" he said furiously. " I'll go check on the suit." Then everything was prepared and it was time for Tyler and his assistants to go in the space craft. They accelerated and went into space. In space there was another alien spaceship roaming around. Inside it, there was an old woman-alien driving it saying" Today is your last day. None of you are touching my people again."she said while smiling a wicked-green smile. When they reached space, they recognized a spaceship. Then Tyler got confused." What's this? I thought we were doing this alone today. What the hell is this space ship doin' here?" "Sir, this one is not a normal one." One of his assistants said, showing him the information about it. Tyler looked at it, thought for a moment and gasped." I have a negative feeling that there's an alien inside it." "Sir, what are we gonna do?" the other one asked. Tyler thought about it for a moment and sighed," This is something strange. Why would an alien use a spaceship? We capture them in space like that, and I never captured one, which was in a space ship." Why would you, sir? It would have killed you. As we can see, it's carrying a weapon which can explode our craft in seconds."showing Tyler the weapon. "Oh. I guess that for now we're in danger."Tyler said while fixing his cask. Then one of the assistants asked" Shall we...........aaaaaaaaaagh!!" Before he finished, their craft exploded. Tyler opened his eyes and found himself in another place. He rubbed his eyes and stood up. He looked around and saw someone driving. It was the alien woman."How did I even get here? he asked himself. He then looked at the alien but because he was behind, he didn’t recognize who it was.”And who the hell is that?”he said, approaching the alien.”Excuse me……..but, where am I? And who are you? he asked the woman. The alien didn’t bother to turn around but she answered” As you can see, you are in a space ship…….and if I tell you who I am you’ll get shocked.” Then Tyler took a step behind nervously.” Why would I be shocked to know who you are? He said with fear. “Because I’m your mother,” the alien answered gently. Tyler gasped, but still, he didn’t believe it.” Is this some kind of a joke? Listen. It would be better if you told me where my friends are and let us go back to Earth.” “You brought yourselves here, right?” she asked, still looking behind. “Yes, for work. But, seriously…….who are you? He asked again. The alien suddenly turned around. Seeing her, he gasped.”Oh my!” “You have to be thankful because you’re still alive.”She said, getting closer to him. “No. Don’t you dare to get any closer! Or……” he took out his g*n “I’ll shoot you.” He said, pointing it at her. “Well you won’t.” she said, smiling at him. Then the g*n floated out of his hands and it went into her hands.” How did it….” He wondered confusingly. “You think this is the only weapon to use against your enemies? Well, you’re wrong.” She said while showing him the g*n. Suddenly, it broke. Tyler leaned on the wall fearfully and knelt down.”Please have mercy on me” he pleaded. The alien knelt in front of him,”and that one….is a very big mistake you made. You’re just like your father back then before we had you. He gave up at times like that.” “Why do you talk as if you…….are…….are my…” “-don’t ask too much. I killed your friends and left you even if you were my target. It’s all because you are my son.”She interrupted. “How is that even possible?”He asked with fear. “Why do you seem to be scared? I’m your mother.” “Will you stop saying that you’re my mother? I don’t even know, because she died a long time ago. She died when I was two months old,” he said while standing up. He then took a step behind. “You can’t just run away from me!” She said, standing up.”I’m your mother! I look ugly to be, don’t I? But I promise that you’ll leave this space ship believing that I’m your mother.” She was getting closer while Tyler was getting back to get away from her. “Will I even leave this place alive?” “Oh come on. You think I’m heartless?” “This might be a dream. I’ve never met an alien that talks………and who has superpowers…….. all these words……Seriously?” he thought to himself. “Your father was a scientist. He went into space in search of his answers. That’s when we met.” She then started showing it to him with her powers.”He never came here to harm aliens. Instead, when he saw aliens, he loved them as his family. When his mission was over, he wished to stay longer with us, on our planet. That’s when we came to fall in love and we had you. You don’t even look like me, but it’s because I’m a different alien. I come from the different side of superpowers, the one which rules the alien planet. So, when I gave birth to you, you would have looked like me in everything or not take anything from me. For your safety, I didn’t allow you to be like me because your father wanted to take you to earth…… and that was a good thing because there were wars taking place on our planet. You had to go to earth. Your father was then killed.” “Killed by who?” “By people like you who think they are more genius than others! Human beings are selfish and cruel. I’ve never seen one like your father..” She said with too much anger and sadness. “Why was he killed?” “Because other scientists were jealous. I really regret why I let him go back there. But…..it looks as if you’ve started believing me.” “Yes. You’ve got the evidence. And the way I’m told I was born is very complicated and confusing. So, I have no other option.” Then she smiled ,”Well, I’m glad to hear that you did, but at the same time, not happy. You showed me that you have a soft heart.” “A soft heart? I believed you because you have the evidence.” “Now, what if that evidence is a lie?” “It would be a lie with just words. But, for this, I saw it with my own eyes……. I want to first have a talk with you.” Then John sat down, “All ears open, sir.” “You’ve been a loyal servant in this house from when I was young. I wanted to have a last talk with you because this is the last week you’re seeing me and I guess that after that, you won’t see me again.” “Am I getting fired?” “Hhhhhh…..(chuckling) I’m not firing you. Instead, I’m going to leave you in charge of everything I own when I’m gone. You and your family. I will go live in the village.” “What? Sir, why are you leaving? What about your job? And……. On that same day, somewhere in the village in a certain house, there was a beautiful girl with curled hair and fair skin who was reading a newspaper while drinking tea. It’s always the same news about aliens. Don’t really know when they will leave us alone.” Then her phone rang. “Who’s this calling? Oh. It’s father.” Then she replied, “Hey, father.” “Nora, you’re needed right now at the health center! Your grandma got sick.”He said with a worried voice and then he hung up. After hearing that, she gasped “Oh grandma! What happened to you?” She then took her bag and went to the health centre. She ran and found her family in front of a room where grandma was. Her sister Megan was with her mother while her father was standing at the door looking worried and impatient. Her father saw her and ran to hug her. When they finished, Nora looked at his worried face and said, “Dad, how’s grandma? What happened to her?” “I’m also not sure, but the doctor said it’s poison.” “Do you think that it’s an alien?” “What else do you think? Those immortal creatures are here just to destroy human beings.” “Let’s just believe that nothing will happen to her.” Then she looked at her mother and her sister, giving them a tense look. Then she said quietly “ You don’t look worried at all. And even so, I can’t accuse the aliens. Instead, I doubt you.” Then the doctor came out of grandma’s room, “You can now come in.” Then Nora and her father went inside. “Grandma. How are you? Tell me what happened, dad.” “I found her about to suffocate.” Her father answered. “But dad, Megan and mother were there.” She said. “They were also trying to help her. That’s why they called me.” “Did grandma tell you anything?” “I told you she was about to suffocate. How could she talk?” “But, why are they staying out when the doctor said we would come in?” “I don’t know. I’ll go ask them. Call me when mom talks.” “Alright, dad.” Then he went out. Nora looked at her grandma. “I can’t believe you’re falling sick all of a sudden. You’re that strong old woman I knew who couldn’t dare to fall sick. But I know that there’s someone who tried to hurt you.” Grandma just looked at her. “Is it Megan and mother? Because we left you with them. I can’t believe I made that terrible mistake.” Then Nora shook her head. Suddenly, her mother started moving her lips as if she wanted to say something. “Oh. Grandma, you want to say something. Let me call, dad.” She turned to go but then her grandma caught her hand. “No… No….Nora, wait..” She said, struggling for it. Then Nora stopped and went back to her, “What is it, grandma?” “I don’t have much time left.” “What? Don’t say that, grandma.” “First listen to me. I know you know the bad habits of your mother and sister. Hurry up, father!” She said, pulling his hand and. “Oh. Okay.” Megan and her mother gave each other a weird look. They looked worried. Then they all went to grandma’s room. When they reached there, grandma’s eyes were closed. Then Mr Garvey got closer and looked at Nora, “You said she wanted to talk to me, right?” “Yes father.” She also went to check on grandma. She touched grandma and gasped while taking a step back. “Nora, what’s wrong?” But she didn’t answer. She just touched her mouth and she was about to cry. Her father touched grandma too and he also gasped. “She’s dead.” He said while looking behind at Nora. She was already crying. She then went to her dad, “Father, this can’t happen! Please, let us call the doctor to come and do something! There’s a way she can wake up! Please come!” She said while crying harder and pulling her father’s hand. Then his father held it back, “We can’t do anything else, Nora. I know how you feel and I also love my mother.” Tears started flowing from his eyes. “I’m sorry, Nora.” Then he hugged her. Megan and her mother just stood there. Mr Garvey, still hugging Nora, looked at them, “Don’t worry. I wasn’t expecting you guys to cry.” That happened.
