Celeste's POV
Diana was heading out of town, but we were heading in the opposite direction of Jamie's house. I glanced at Diana and noticed that she looked tense. I suddenly had a bad feeling about this. I needed to get word to Jamie, but I didn't want to alert Diana to the fact that I still had my phone. My cell phone would be the only chance Jamie would have of finding me. We were getting further and further away from civilization. The houses and farms were getting few and far between. When Diana suddenly pulled into a gas station, I could have wept in relief. The moment she got out of the car, I reached for my phone. Keeping my phone hidden from prying eyes I messaged Jamie.
