+Brandy "Harder." I breathe out, pushing my hips forward. Elijah's strong arms tighten around me, pulling me close. "You're so flexible." He says, pushing my legs further apart as he got me into a good position. "Why is this my first time realizing this?" I shrug and bite down on my lips, things were getting heated and my body was sweating like crazy. My eyes widen once he hits my spot. "Oh s**t, yes! Right there. Oh yeah, right there." He smirks. "Damn I'm good." Someone clears their throat, which causes our eyes to look up. It was Savannah. Her mouth was open as she watched us. "You guys make yoga seem so sexy." She says, finally speaking. Elijah lets out a deep chuckle. "That's because it is supposed to be sexy." My eyes roll to the back of my head as he helps me up. "No, it's not." Rolling my shoulders around, my back cracks causing me to let out a sigh. It felt so good, but my body was so sore. "And why do I have to be good at yoga again? I hate exercising." "You have to be good at it because my cousin loves a girl who's good at yoga," Elijah says. "And the only reason why you don't like exercising is because your body is in perfect shape and you don't feel like you need the exercise because of that." He shakes his head. "Little do you know, any exercise, no matter what shape the body is in, is good for you." Savannah's eyebrows knit together. "I can't tell if he was complimenting you or insulting you." She says looking at me. "I'm sure it was both," I respond, cracking my neck. "And you mean to tell me, Mr bad mafia man is a big softy when it comes down to yoga that's... weird." Elijah shrugs, walking out of the living room and into the kitchen. "He used it as a coping mechanism." He yells. "And just because you're in the mafia doesn't mean you can't like yoga." He walks back into the living room, with two bottles of water in his hands. "Here you go." He says handing me one. "And learning yoga is a plus, seeing as your the one opening the vault from the inside." My eyes widen. "Seriously? Why me?" Savannah chirps. "Seriously, what kind of question is that? Mia is claustrophobic, Michelle wouldn't know how to open, and I'm phat. Not with an f but with a p." "You took the words right out of my mouth," Elijah says smiling brightly at her. Savannah smiles back, completely dazzled by his smile. It was so cute seeing her crushing over Elijah. "Ummm," She stutters. "Ummm, I came here to talk to you," she says to Elijah, before clearing her throat. "I mean to talk to you both." Her eyes averted to me. "So like, umm I'm not saying that I'm a pro at hacking or anything, but considering the fact that it's only been four days since Elijah gave me that hacking book and just last night I was able to hack into not one, but five major organizations website without getting caught, I think that makes me a boss." Turning to look at Elijah, both our eyes connect. I turn back to look at Savannah, a smirk plays on my lips. "That does make you a boss girl." I give her a round of applause and hoot. "This calls for a shot of Hennessy." Elijah shakes his head. "Nope, you guys can't drink remember. I don't need your minds getting fried on this... journey." He looks over at Savannah. "What organizations did you hack into?" "Well, I wanted to start off someplace small where no one would really notice. So I hacked into planet fitness's credit department." Savannah's smirk widens. "Never in my life, did I know that I'd see so much credit card information like if I was a thief I'd take down all those numbers and buy me some new shit." She shakes her head and clears her throat. "I waited two days max to see if anyone found me in their server, which they didn't so I moved onto T-Mobile. Sent a couple of viruses to their servers, nothing they can't bypass in a day... or three. Hacked into Orbitz, which had millions of payment card information and personal data such as billing addresses, phone numbers, and emails." She raises her hand in surrender. "Before you guys trip, I took nothing. Anyways, I then proceeded to hack into the APD system, you'd be surprised by how much cops are just sitting on their ass right now as we speak. And finally, I hacked into your cousin's bank." Elijah's eyes widen. "W... what do you mean?" Savannah looks at him. "I mean that I hacked into your cousins back, meaning now we know how much money is moved on the inside and out. Along with how much people work there, where and what the security guards will be doing." She lifts up a finger. "And my personal favorite, we'll be able to control all the camera's that in the place." She finishes. The room falls into an empty silence as both Savannah and I stare at Elijah intently. "Are you alright." I finally decide to ask him. "Am I alright?" He repeats before suddenly a big smile appears on his face. "I'm f*****g fantastic!" He turns to Savannah, before walking towards her and pulling her into a big hug. "You are a fuckin masterpiece!" He says, placing kisses on her forehead. "I knew you could do this. I fuckin knew it." I smile at the scene before me, shaking my head. "Damn Elijah, let the girl breathe," I say jokingly. Elijah chuckles before pulling away. "Your right, I don't wanna suffocate her to death. She's much too important." He says, taking a step back. "Thank you, Savannah, really. I'm gonna go check on Elliot real quick, but when I'm back will talk more about this." Elijah walks out the living room and Savannah lets out a breath that she didn't even know she was holding. "Girl, you are so lucky I have so much respect for you. Because if I didn't, your baby daddy would've been had a piece of this." I burst out laughing, not being able to contain my laughter. Savannah frowns. "You think I'm joking brandy? I'm telling you the truth. Elliot bout to have a whole new sibling running around here." "Savannah, you funny," I say, taking a seat on my sofa. "Too damn funny." Savannah rolls her eyes. "Anyways, enough about me giving Elijah another kid. What's going on with you and him, y'all seem close." "Close?" I ask. Savannah shakes her head. "Yeah close." She says. "Last week I walked in on y'all feeding one another, then the week before you told me he gave you a message, which you didn't go into detail about and now, y'all doing yoga. That seems pretty close to me, it also seems like he's shooting his shot." A scoff escapes past my lips. "No, he's not. Also, we're just co-parenting. Nothing more and nothing less. Besides, it'll be weird if we were ever to be anything more than co-parents." "I don't think it would be weird. Co-parents get involved with one another all the time. Plus, don't you think it'll be nice for Elliot to see both his parents... together. Kids like that type of stuff, some of them kinda even need it." She shrugs. "You never know, Elliot might ask you guys why y'all aren't together." I pause for a moment, thinking about what she said. I admit, she does have a point about kids needing their parents to be together but I'm sure co-parenting is what's best for Elijah right now. "Right now just doesn't seem like the right time to think about that Savannah. And we barely even know one another, hell I barely even knew him the night we slept together. I'm not in a rush to be in a relationship. Therefore if we get to know each other more and I'm feeling him, then I'll take it to the next step. If not then so be it, Elliot will just have to deal with his parents just being there for him and nothing more." She lifts her hands up in surrounded. "Ight, I respect that. You're right, you don't gotta rush anything." She sets her hands on her lap. "Have you heard from Tyson?" Averting my gaze to something else, I let out a sigh. "Nope, we aren't on good terms right now and I honestly don't care to call him." Savannah's eyes widen. "Oh wow, that's... so crazy to hear you say that. You guys are like the best of friends." She laughs a bit. "At some point, I even thought he would've become Elliot's stepdad. What he do?" My eyebrows knit together. "First off, he has a girlfriend. Second of all, we were only friends and finally last of all, none of your business." "Well s**t," Savannah says, clutching her heart like she was hurt. "It was just a question." "Alrighty, I'm back," Elijah says, stepping back into the living room. "Ej is asleep, didn't even put up a fight tonight." I gasp. "For real?" Elliot has been losing his teeth for the past few days. It was only two, but it worried him even though I said it was alright and perfectly normal. Ever since then, he's had a hard time falling asleep. "Fuckin cheater," I mumbled underneath my breath. We were competing on who can make Eliot fall asleep at night. So far, Elijah was winning by two points, me at one. "It won't happen again." Elijah scoffs. "Sure it won't. Just admit it, Brandy, he loves my touch more." "Bullshit." "Okay..." Savannah says, looking back and forth at each other. "I have to go pick up Michelle, so can we speed this up just a bit." "Yes of course," Elijah says, taking a seat beside me. "Tell me what you found." "Well," She hands Elijah a yellow folder that I just realized she was holding this whole time. "In this folder is every name and picture of all the people that work at your cousin's bank. Along with it is their schedule and when and where they are posted." She hands me another folder. "In this folder is everything you need to know about the bank's finance, it lists all the people that use or has an account with them." "Wow you're good," I say giving her, her props. "Thanks, but there's one more thing." She says. "The money truck. It comes three times a day, every two weeks. I think that should be our way in." She concludes. Elijah nods. "I'll think it through and get back to you about it." "Alrighty," Savannah says, before standing. "You guys think it over, while I'm gone. I'll let myself out." "Please make sure you lock the door," I tell her. I gave her a spare key to the house years ago. "Sure, no problem." She says, before walking away. I hear the door shut and the sound of it being locked. Turning to Elijah, I yawn. "I'm calling it a night, I'm sleepy." He Scrunches up his face as he walks behind me. "You don't think you should take a shower before bed? That was a pretty intense workout." "Are you trying to say I stank," I say, climbing up the stairs. "No, not that. It's just, you sweated... like a lot and taking a shower would wash that sweat away." He says, his arms on his hips. "I'll take one in the morning, you know... to save water." Reaching my bedroom, I quickly slide off my yoga pants but decide to keep on my sports bra. Turning around, I see that Elijah's looking at me strangely. "What? Why are you looking at me like that." He quickly shakes his head, before looking at something else from across the room. "Nothing." He says walking to his side of the bed, which was the left. I thought it would be best your him to sleep in my room since the guest bedroom is full with junk and him sleeping on the couch would put us at risk if one of my neighbors was to be nosey. So until the guest bedroom is clean, he sleeps in my room... on my bed. We don't touch or do anything r-rated, we just... talk and sleep. "If your not taking shower, then I'm not either. So if I stink, don't say anything." He takes off his shirt, leaving on his gym shorts and slides into bed. "I'll be sure not to." Sliding in right after him, I fluff my pillow and wrap the sheets around me, before turning off the light. It's dark in the room, the only source of light is the small night light in the hallway that reflects in the room because the door was left slightly open just in case there was something wrong with Ej. I huff staring at the ceiling, waiting for sleep to come. "So this Tyson guy," Elijah says, starting off a conversation. I turn around to face him, my hands folded together as my head lays on them. "What about him?" I question, staring into the beautiful eyes of Elijah. "You guys had a thing?" He asks, starting right back at me. I shake my head. "Nope, never. You know that and I knew you were eavesdropping." He smiles small. "No, I wasn't." I give him a look and his smile widens. "Okay, maybe I was... just a bit." My lips twitch upwards. "Just ask Elijah. Ask the real question you want to know?" "Alright perle, do you see us being together in the future?” He asks, shocking me. I wasn’t expecting him to ask such a question. “Ummm... Ummm I don’t know,” I answer truthfully. “I just see us being a family and living our best life on some island, away from everyone.” Elijah smiles, which confuses me because I didn’t give him an actual question. “Don’t overthink it, Brandy, it was just a question. I’ll just ask again in the long run, I know by then I’ll get an actual answer.” My mouth opens to say something, but I’m cut off by his lips touching my forehead. He pecks it, his lips lingering before pulling away. He looks down at me. “Goodnight perle.” He says, leaving me confused. “Goodnight,” I respond, playing the event that just happened over in my head. The hell was that?
