CHAPTER 41That night, Eos and Soleil returned with the immortal humans, their phoenix partners and the Phoenix Warriors. Only a small collection of Moon Priestesses showed up. Lumina invited them to a banquet to show her gratitude for being saved. She also invited the fae warriors, the unicorns, Periolos, Lothaire and Milorth.
During the meal, Soleil elbowed Lumina and looked pointedly at a handsome man in a black military Phoenix Warrior uniform with red-and-gold hair with golden eyes. But before Lumina could approach him, Lothaire and Milorth were by his side.
“What’s your name, Phoenix?” Milorth asked.
“Flare.”
“We hear that you’re a Phoenix Warrior and worked with the Moon Priestesses,” Lothaire said.
