Shohag is a happy go lucky type human being. He lives  a routine life. He works 9-5.He is newly married. His wife is a house wife. When he returns home he spends some time with his wife. This gives him immense pleasure. Everything was going on smoothly. Suddenly Taylor discovered that he is overstressed. He can not finish his job at office. He has to work late night. So he has developed sleep apnea. This led to depression. He consulted with a Psychiatrist. Doctor prescribed him Neoroleptic medicine. Later he knew that once he is in Neoroleptic medicine he has to gradually reduce the dose of medicine. After tireless efforts he has lowered the dose. Finally he decided to go to pilgrimage to overcome mental distress. If you have stress and strain of everyday life you need to combat that and it is trancendence that helps. It’s looking at the root cause of distress from different perspective. Why do people leave busy life and choose a solitary life either in India or elsewhere. Or go to pilgrimage at Mecca or visit Vatican. These are all ways to get rid of mental distress also a source of contentment. Nothing more worthwhile than mental peace and tranquility. You may have anxiety or suffering from broken relationship. You may be sick and tired of bustling city life. Your children may be derailed. All in combination made your life miserable  .Material world does not attract you anymore. You need a change. If you indulge in any undesirable acts such as addiction to alcohol or Narcotic it will be difficult for you to get out of chain reactions that it bring.To live a peaceful life you don't have to practice transcendental meditation as practiced by Yogi's or mindfulness as practiced by monks or sufism as practiced by islamist. Live a simple life..Make sure that you are not overstressed. Don't set fire at both sides of candle. Keep faith in Supreme authority. Life does not go as planned. There are ups and downs in life. Only few people were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. People have to live a strenuous life. It’s your hard work that paves the way for your comfortness. You should have a hiegine sleep, exercise and balanced diet in everyday routine.

You should have a sound sleep, exercise should be in your everyday routine and balanced diet for nourish ment .In order to get rid of routine monotonous life Shohag decided to perform Umrah hajj.In January,2025, Shohag boarded Air Arabia.The plane took off at 8 PM and flew 4and 1/2 hours in the sky and reached Sharjah Air terminal at midnight.They were allowed to use lounge and buffet at air terminal and took connecting flight to Madinah next morning.They checked in a hotel near Masjid -a-Nababi and offered five times prayers there.It was one of the sacred place in Madinah.The package included travel to other sacred places in Madinah.These sacred placesa are scattered.They chartered a AC bus and a local guide had shown them round.Shohag realised that every Muslims who go through islamic rituals like prayer, fasting or gives sadeka,if he is capable should visit Saudia.It was a arduous task of prophet Mohammed to preach Islam.He started from Mecca with few followers and spreaded islam across the world.They stayed there for eight days and went to Mecca by road and perform Umrah hajj.Shohaj was stunned by the policing of Saudia.In Mecca around 2 million people offer their five times prayers and the police were so trained that they accommodated the worshippers.The police new which gate to open and which one to close and where to put barricade.Shohag saw police were preventing two trespassers who were trying to enter into sacred places of Mecca.As there were millions of people to trace every person the authority used lanyard which contained detail addresses of any person.Here also they visited surrounding sacred places.According to Shohag pilgrimage is one way to be mentally stress free and purify pilgrims soul.It reminded Shohag American writer Elizabeth Gilbert and her book Eat,pray and love.Elizabeth Gilbert after her divorce left her comfort zone and travelled to Italy, India and Bali.One night in America when she was vomiting at her washroom she heard a strange voice that changed her entire life.First she went to Italy and stayed in a hotel.She enjoyed Italian foodies and travelled every corner of Italy.In her next attempt she visited India and stayed at a Asram.She started meditation to purity her soul.Finally she visited Bali where she met a person and was in love with him.She married that person. The pilgrimage also reminded Shohag of Mother Teresa or Saint Mother Teresa,who was a catholic nun.She was born in Skopje,then part of Ottoman Empire, was an Albanian-Indian catholic, raised in a devoutly catholic family.At her 18 years she came to India and one day she was travelling by train and heard a divine voice,"Stay back in India". This voice changed her entire life.She established missionaries of charity in Kolkata and spent her life there. -7-
