“Catch me!” a small voice cried out.
Emma barely had time to lift her arms to catch the small bundle of brown hair that flew through the air. She laughed as the thin arms wrapped around her neck. She had been embarrassed when she found out they had brought her to the river to bathe.
She had refused to take her clothes off at first, but Pollamay had chuckled and began dancing around her, pulling at her clothing.
