Nancy looked at the time on her golden wrist watch which Estephan had given her for her last birthday and she knew it was time to get his launch. He had a specific diet which involved a lot of proteins and very few carbs and he kept to eat strictly. She had a timetable for his launch which she didn’t need to write out or be reminded of she had it all by heart. He had his lunch by 2pm everyday and once it was 1pm she always placed a call to check if it was on the way from the restaurant. He was very specific about his lunch as that was the major food he ate everyday. He wasn’t a breakfast person so his morning coffee was enough but it had to be very black and taste bland, not bitter but without cream.
