Second Chance: Past Present

I never would have imagined my death would be so pitiful. I'm standing in front of all these people who were once loyal to our family now made my execution a laughingstock. My hands are bound by a tight rope which is sealed by dark magic. How did this happened? We were all blind from deception The executioner signal to approached the podium. I walk from the gates slowly to the podium. I see alot of familiar faces, most of them are our servants who we treated like a family. They looked at me with no emotions whatsoever. Other people from the City keep on shouting. "To Hell with the Traitor!!! " "Burn Her" "BATHE HER IN FIRE" People were screaming such disturbing words. But I wasn't paying attention to them I was more horrified by the scene I saw at the podium. It was my mother's lifeless body with eyes open. Elizabeth: M..Mom!! (I ran towards her) I was blasted with lightning and I almost flew out of the podium. Melissa: Everyone the traitor dares to disobey orders? haha Elizabeth: (breathless and lying on the ground) You're the traitor! How could you do this to our family!! I trusted you!! She smirked at me then came closer near my ears and whispered Melissa: (whisper voice) Best friend Eli, Yes I ruined your life and killed your family. But Who's gonna believed you now? haha she laugh hysterically Melissa: Executioner, deal with her. The executioner then spawn a hundred knives in the air. Executioner: Any last words? Elizabeth: I'am innocent!! Don't believe her!! Some people were appalled by what I said and some were full of regret, just then a riot started, people blaming each other Melissa: Released the knives!! All at once it pierced my body. I lie on the ground drenched in my blood. How did it come to this? Where did it go wrong? I had many regrets and the most painful regret is seeing my family killed one by one and I wasn't able to protect them. "How cute" (a girl spoke in a timid voice at the entrance of my room. I recognized her innocent face from anywhere.
