The Nikolai’s

{Margo’s POV} Once she was cleaned up and dressed we made our way back downstairs. I changed into a beautiful light pink sundress, with a pair of white heels, and some white sunglasses. I even let my hair down to fall in its natural curls, and put on a floppy, white sun hat. She wore a black dress, it was simple, and elegant. I smiled as we made our way down the stair case. I could hear talking in the back yard on the patio. I walked out to see all of my brothers, along with Dimitri, Damon, and Carter. I ran to Angel sitting on his lap. “So, what are we talking about?” I asked, reaching out and grabbing his glass. It was full of what looked like orange juice. I took a big drink, chugging it down then coughed as I swallowed it. “That’s not orange juice!” I choked out. Max fell over in his chair laughing, and I couldn’t help but poke fun. I turned around looking at Angelo. “Angel.. do you think that him falling over like that all the time is why he’s so.. ya know?” I asked giggling. All my brothers laughed even Max, as he sat up fixing his chair. “No, it’s because Angelo can’t hold babies to save his life!” I gasped and turned back around. “Angelo, did you drop Max as a baby?” He nodded, with a smile on his face. “Many times!” I giggled, “It’s not fair! I don’t know if you’re telling the truth or not!” My other brothers chimed in. “They are!” They all said. I smiled and grabbed the pitcher of the orange drink filling back up Angelo’s cup and sipping on it. “We were just discussing some business bambina..” Angelo said, he smiled at me and took his glass back drinking some. “Nothing to worry about!” He smiled. “Is it about the Petrov’s?” I asked, as I did everyone stiffened. “I knew it..” I sighed. “Bambina we don’t want you getting mixed up with this..” Marco spoke up. “I’ve been mixed up in this since I was a baby!” I yelled slamming my fists down on the table. “You all..” I sighed. “You’ll never treat me like anything but your perfect little sister..” I turned and made my way back to the house. I turned looking back at my brothers. “I’m not perfect.. nor even close, and that is because of the Petrov’s!” I said coldly. “Maybe one day you’ll understand..” I turned and walked back inside closing the screen door behind me. I made my way slowly back into my room and was surprised to see Bella there. “Ready to start on your back?” She asked, already unpacking her things. I nodded and walked into the bathroom removing all of my clothes and tossing on a pair of sweatpants and a loose t-shirt. I walked back out and laid on my stomach. It was a little sore from the tattoo earlier today, but I was excited to get the rest of these scars hidden. The back tattoo went up on top of my shoulders, and up the back of my neck. It took hours to finish all of the outlining but when she did I ran to the mirror and gawked at it. It looked so beautiful. I knew we were just starting this process, but I already felt so much better. “Now you’ll have to keep your hair in a bun for now, and make sure to keep that clean!” She smiled, as she packed up her things. I hugged her again, this woman was amazing. “Thank you Bella! Thank you so much!” I cried. “I feel a little more normal already!” I smiled brightly. After she left I decided to go downstairs and make myself a sandwich. As I made it into the kitchen Damon, Carter, Dimitri, and Marco were all there. I opened the fridge and got out some ham, cheese, and green bell peppers. I quickly put myself a sandwich together and sat it on a plate. “What is that on your neck?” Marco asked, walking over and moving my hair up so that way he could see it better. “Tattoo..” I said with my mouth full. “Since when do you have a tattoo?” Carter asked.” I shot him a glare and tossed my plate in the sink. “Since when are you speaking to me again?” I asked, raising one eyebrow then carrying my sandwich off. “Hey, wait up!” I heard a newer voice, one I’ve only heard today. It was Dimitri, he was following me back out towards the entry way. “I’d like to apologize for the way my sister acted. She can be a little rude.. and condescending.” He said rubbing his neck uncomfortable. I smiled. “It’s okay, my brothers can be slightly overbearing and overprotective!” I said, shooting a glare at Marco who was standing in the doorway along with Damon and Carter. “Even my brother’s friends seem to be overprotective.” I said, turning my attention from them back to Dimitri. “We’ll call it even!” I smiled up at him. “Well, actually.. your brothers and their friends were really rude to me earlier. Threatening me to stay away from you.. so how about you let me take you on a date, just here at the house for now, we can go watch a movie together.. then we’ll call it even.” He smiled down at me. I paused for a moment, and looked at Damon and Carter, both of them were fuming. I turned back to Dimitri, he wore a weird knowing look on his face. I didn’t trust him, or his sister.. but it was just here in the house, and it seemed like Damon and Carter wouldn’t like it either. “Why not..” I said, smiling up at him. “But nothing scary or action based.. comedy, romance, anything like that is fine!” He looped his arm in mine and we began walking towards the indoor theater. “Whatever you’d like is fine with me!” He smiled brightly, sliding his arm around my waist. He pulled me closer under his arm as we walked side by side to the movie theater. “By the way, I saw the way those two were looking at you. I’m gay, but I knew it would make them fume!” He laughed. I laughed along too, knowing something about him that they didn’t made me feel better.
