Unknown I could hear my sisters agonizing screams as I walked through the dungeon. “I told all of you not to speak to her! We should want to die than to give Clarlyn any information!” Alpha roared through the loud gurgling sounds of my sister. My anger flared as she was getting water boarded. I sped up my pace; trying to get to her quicker. “I’m sorry Alpha! I didn’t mean too! I thought no one was going to die! I didn’t want to die,” she whimpered. I knew it was not going to be easy killing Clarlyn. She was known for being really calculated in killing. I had told Leah not to go, but of course here we are. “I can’t have someone in my pack that won’t sacrifice their life for the cause!” His voice bellowed as I finely made it to the room. Right before the hatchet was about to slice through her neck. “Alpha!” My voice cracked through my roar. I looked over to my sister her head was laying to the side. Her bleach blond hair was all matted with blood and dirt her body was bruised. My heart clenched at the site of her she was soaked from the water she looked like a helpless wet cub with tears running down her face. “What do you want?” Alpha snarled and he turned to look at me. “I want you to let Leah go!” I snapped back. Alpha let out a sharp laugh, like I had told him some kind of joke. “She betrayed me! You know that is cause for death! You have not right to make demands of me?” He narrowed his eyes they flashed the brilliant glowing orange. “I will do anything you ask of me as long as you let her go.” I stated I knew I was making a deal with the devil but my sister means too much to me. She is all that I have, and the older twin I need to keep her safe. “You have nothing that I want,” he growled. From the corner of my eyes the candles that were placed around the room started to flicker. The witch that Alpha is working for, Tabitha must be close by. I was the only one who knew of her name except for the Alpha. The only reason I knew of her name was that I was great at sneaking around without being caught. I was the one the sent to get information. “That’s so unbecoming of you, as we do have some work that needs to be done. He will be perfect for the job.” Tabitha’s voice sounded as if her voice was in the air. Her power wrapped around us like a cloak. I looked towards the darkest part of the room. She slowly stepped out she had a long dark green dress that fell to the floor. Her slightly grey looking skin was peaking through the slit. She reeked of death. She had a spiteful smile, as her eyes travelled my body. f**k sakes. I’m utterly completely f****d. Whenever this f*****g b***h of a witch is involved people always die. A lot of them, my sister was lucky Clarlyn spared her. Clarlyn Patrova might be as bad as everyone thinks; but this b***h is bad news all around. “What do you mean?” Alpha turned rapidly around to face the b***h. “Well.. dear one we do need someone to get close to Clarlyn. He can use that little gift that he used to get my name.” She looked me in the eye letting me know she knows about me finding out her name. Witches has this weird thing about their names being known. “What about her gift she will see me coming from a mile away. We don’t know how strong it is anymore.” I was freaked she was sending us to our death without a thought. Alpha growled clearly pissed. He wasn’t the sharpest spoon in the drawer. He has been trying to find a reason to kill my sister and I ever since we were kids. I don’t think he realizes that there is a ninety-five percent chance that she will figure it out. And when she does we will surely kill us. “Dear child, I do have a plan,” she smiled wickedly at me. She stood there tall and mighty as she explained her plan. Telling us how she will take all our old memories away. Replacing them with human memories. The only thing I’m excited about was that they were going to place us with a human family. Leah and I will finely get to experience what having parents will be like. The thing that was really bothering me is that they could still kill Leah when I’m under the spell. “If you are taking my memories I want a blood oath to make sure nothing happens to her.” I stated not trusting the b***h one bit. “Fine. She will be with you. If I or anyone in this pack hurts her the spell will break. Deal?” She asked as she grabbed her dagger that was place between her breast. Slicing her palm open then handing me the dagger. I wrapped my hand around the blade; flinching as I cut through my thick skin. “Deal?“ she asked, holding out her hand to me. “Deal,” I agreed taking her hand in mine. When our blood mixed together I felt the oath surround us, it was thick power that weighed down on us. Tabitha let go of my hand as she walked over to Leah who was looking terrified. She touched Leah on her forehead, her brown eyes rolling back of her head knocking her completely out. Tabitha turned to walk back towards me doing the same as she did to Leah. I felt all my memories being whipped away. The memories of me running in the forest in wolf form gone. I fell to my knees tears falling softly out of my eyes for a loss that I can’t remember. I really hope this is worth it. Finely my mind went blank, as my body fell the rest of the way to the ground. Slipping into the darkness.
