The wound would not kill him, but it would bleed like crazy; hopefully seeing their comrade bleeding from a neck wound would make at least one of Geoff’s men stop to tend to him. Raedrick had his sword out and was moving before Julian finished, leaping toward the next bandit on the right. The man was not expecting him to charge, that much was plain from the look of baffled surprise on the man’s face. But he was not unskilled either. He veered to Raedrick’s left, getting out of the path of his charge and cutting downward
