"Blood rain" caused by an inexplicable unknown phenomenon washed the whole planet earth for three days and stopped like nothing happened, except for the blood flood that flowed down on streets and everywhere, In just after a week it brought a devastation and modifications to the earth.

The "Blood rain" caused a mass of death in about 30 percent of the population of the world that is more than two million humans died in just after a week and the survivors found something changes within their bodies as they are now capable of strengthening their bones that borne with an enormous power, but what's more unbelievable is that, no deaths happened to any kinds of animals but instead , it mutated at a fast rate and a glint of bloodlust can be seen in their eyes as it want to devour humans as its foods and nourishment, and it's even more disastrous that all the ancient extinct animal predators have been revived miraculously as it conquered the whole world and made the humans cowered in fear.

Let us follow the journey of Yhel Crowford who accidently consumed a perculiar blood when he was in his death bed that made him inherit an unknown bloodline. Will he become a carp that leaps through the dragon gate and transform into a dragon ,orA trash that can only be a servant to the "Rangers"
