I was a new student trying to survive college, unaware that one careless moment would change my life forever. A simple accident in the hallway—bumping into the most feared student on campus—made me the target of Jeon Jungkook, a boy known for his power, arrogance, and cruel smile. From that day on, he became my bully. Cold words, silent intimidation, and constant clashes turned my college life into a nightmare. We hated each other, fought at every chance, and never missed an opportunity to provoke one another.Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, fate played its cruelest game. For the sake of a business alliance between our families, I was forced to marry the very person who made my life miserable—the boy I feared and despised. Two enemies trapped under one roof, bound by a marriage neither of us wanted. Will we destroy each other with our hatred?Or will hidden wounds, untold truths, and unexpected moments slowly turn hatred into something neither of us planned to feel? This is not a love story that begins with romance. It begins with pain, conflict, and resistance—and questions whether love can grow in the most forced and broken situations.

Chapter:1-Telling past
Y/N POV~ Hi… I know this might sound a little odd, but before anything else, let me tell you my story—my past. I was born and raised in Korea, and this is where my family has always lived. This is my past. ~ Two Years Ago ~ I was sitting in my room, doing my high school work at my desk, when someone walked in. It was my mom. “Honey, I want to tell you something,” she said softly. Her face looked pale and tired, and her eyes were filled with sadness. “What happened, Mom?” I asked, my heart starting to race. She looked at me for a moment, trying to hold herself together, but tears slowly rolled down her cheeks. “Your dad…” she said—and then she broke down completely. “What happened to Dad?” I asked quickly, panic taking over as I rushed toward her and pulled her into a tight hug. So, my dad had met with an accident while returning from work. It was the toughest time of my life. I couldn’t imagine losing him—my buddy, my everything. I was extremely close to him. We shared everything. I was his princess, and he was my hero. The moment I heard about the accident, I completely lost control. My mom and I rushed to the hospital as fast as we could. When I saw him lying on the bed, motionless, with machines beeping around him, my legs gave up. He wasn’t responding. He didn’t move at all. I cried uncontrollably. My chest felt tight, as if my heart was breaking into pieces. When we finally met the doctor, he spoke in a serious tone. “He’s in critical condition. He has lost a lot of blood. We need to operate immediately. The cost will be ₩20,000,000. If we don’t do the surgery, we may lose him.” After saying that, he left us alone. I collapsed to my knees right there in the hospital corridor. My chest felt tight, and for a moment, I forgot how to breathe. My mom stood frozen beside me, staring at the floor, completely numb. “How will we arrange the money, Y/N?” she whispered, her voice shaking as tears kept falling. I hugged her tightly, even though I was scared myself. “Don’t worry, Mom. I’ll arrange something,” I said—though I had no idea how. While she sat beside Dad’s hospital bed, holding his hand, I started calling my friends, asking for help. One by one, the calls failed. They all said the same thing.~ “Sorry, Y/N. I can only arranged’₩20,000.” “I’m really sorry… I don’t have anything right now.” With every call, my hope faded a little more. Then I remembered my childhood friend, Jessica. She didn’t live here anymore—she had moved to another country. She was my last hope. With shaking hands, I called her. “Hello?” she answered. “Jessica… I need your help,” I said, my voice breaking. “Hey, calm down. What happened?” she asked immediately. I told her everything—about the accident, about Dad’s condition, and about the money we needed. She didn’t hesitate even once. She agreed right away and sent the money. I couldn’t stop crying, but this time it was out of relief. Even after moving away, she still cared about me. I thanked her again and again before ending the call. Jessica’s family was extremely rich. Her father owned multiple companies overseas. But despite all that money, she never changed. She was still the same girl who used to share her lunch with me in school. Even now, she’s my best friend—no attitude, no ego, just pure kindness. I ran to the doctor and handed him the money. The operation started soon after. My mom and I prayed continuously, asking God to save him. After five to six long hours, the doctor finally came out. We rushed toward him, holding our breath. “He’s out of danger,” he said. “But he has gone into a coma.” We thanked God for saving his life, but hearing the word coma still hurt deeply. They shifted him to the ICU, and my mom stayed by his side every single day, never leaving him alone. Days passed. Then weeks. Then months. I started working part-time at a café, and my mom joined my dad’s company. Slowly, we managed to pay the hospital bills and take care of our home. ~ Two Years Later ~ One day, my mom walked into my room again—with the same sad expression on her face. My heart started pounding. “Your dad… has passed away,” she said softly. I’m I froze. The room felt unbearably quiet, as if the world had stopped moving. “No… no, that’s not possible,” I said, shaking my head. “Mom, please tell me you’re joking. Please say something.” She stayed silent, her eyes lowered. I held her face in my hands, my body trembling. “Mom, please tell me this is just a bad dream. Dad can’t leave… he can’t leave me,” I cried. She nodded slowly. “It’s true, honey. I got a call from the hospital. He’s no more.” I hugged her tightly, and she broke down in my arms. That was the moment I lost everything. My world completely collapsed. Still, I forced myself to stay strong—for my mom—because she had just lost the love of her life. So… this is my past. Even after two years, we never faced financial problems. My dad had made sure we would always be safe. My mom took over his business and became the new CEO of the company. And now, I’ve finally completed high school. I started looking for colleges. That’s when I found the best college in Korea—a place that would change my life forever.
