The 1994 genocide affected my life.
Dear brothers and sisters, my name is Appolinaire INGABIRE, I live in Rwanda and Africa, I want to share with you some of my stories about the g******e of the Tutsi in 1994, in Rwanda, it was not an easy journey, because I watched it all because I was 12 years old, we used to live in extreme poverty, but it didn't matter to us because we were farmers and ranchers, we lived in the countryside. usually in the country there used to be strange situations, some residents were killed and others were imprisoned, there were many gangs of bandits who sometimes came under the cover of night and looted what the residents owned. There were many parties in the country and many disagreed with the government that was being implemented in the country. There were special times of protests and other bad times. Then I remember that it was in April 1994 on this date 6 that the this month we told him that the president's plane had crashed and he died. Some people started to have fear, but because we were children we didn't care. But I saw my father and mother were afraid, on the night of the 6th they attacked our house but they didn't take anything and they didn't touch anyone.
