Rise of the Lycan Queen

Stephanie sat down and sighed. "My sister and I were twins, and it caused a lot of strife when I gained my wolf at 12. Our parents were mixed, dad was a wolf. Mom was a Lycan. As all Lycans, she didn't get her Wolf until the full moon after her 18th Birthday. The King was at the Ceremony because we belonged to the strongest pack, and it was believed she was Lycan.

"As soon as she changed, they found they were Mates. It wasn't long after that they had your older brother, and the first of the Security Measures was put in place. That was when he came to you and set up the secret files if the worst should ever occur. Life went on, and Ashley was born a few years later. None of us ever believed what would happen, would happen. We watched the attack unfold, and knew that it would be a miracle if any of them survived.

"After the last explosion leveled the area, and none of them had arrived, we feared they never would. We were preparing to flee as many of the Wolves from the area were. Ashley knocked on the door just before we were set to leave, and we knew that we had to enact his plan. Merlin wiped her memory so she wouldn't remember the details, and we came here as we were instructed with her.

"We expected to have another month before her change, and it seems we are fortunate that she got hers early. That was why we were going to tell you tonight, that way we had a month to prepare." Stephanie finished.

"I did it, that last explosion was me." Ashley said as she put her hands in her head. The nightmares had never shown her everything, and she remembered it all now.

"What do you mean?" Dominic asked.

"We had just went to bed when the attack happened. The first explosion rocked the entire castle, and I did what daddy taught me. I used my slide and went to the secret room. Just as I did another rocked the castle all around me, and now that I can remember it all, I think that was the one that took out Mason and would have me if not for the bunker. It collapsed behind me, and I was safe.

"I used the security cameras as Gramm had taught me, and watched as the battle happened. Daddy always said if they ever fell, to take the bags and use the tunnel. I entered the code, and a door slammed shut before a sled whisked me away. After it did, I felt the biggest rumble of them all. Once I got to the end, I went to Aunt Stephanie. The biggest of the explosions was the failsafe device, so we could get away with few questions." she finished as she had a tear fall from her eye. She had never remembered all of the details, just fragments. No one had ever heard the story, and all three of them knew it.

"I am so sorry sweetie. We really did mean to tell you before you changed." Merlin told her.

"How are we going to proceed? If I remember the details correctly, you are now the Queen of the Lycan Empire. We are yours to command." Dominic told her.

Ashley looked at him, and knew he was right. "Alpha Dominic, I do not wish to supplant you. We however do need to prepare for the last of the Vampires. Before the one killed itself, it said they were searching for the one. I think it is me they are searching for."

That piece of information alerted them all. "I think I can quietly inform some of the Alphas Council that can be trusted. They need to know to be on alert." Dominic said knowing it would take all of them.

"What are we going to tell the Pack? A lot of the Elite Guard saw me." Ashley said.

"I suggest the truth Majesty. Most of us have always hoped beyond hope that one day we would get the chance to repay the Vampires for what they did." Dominic told her.

"We will need a plan." Hammer said.

"Manchester City Hall, door on the Southwest side, maintenance hatch. Keypad code 141286. 3 Backpacks, we will need them." Ashley said.

Dominic picked up the phone and called someone, telling them to retrieve the Packs and bring them to him. Greater reward for not opening them before they were delivered. "It will take about 6 hours for them to get here. What is in them?" he asked her.

"The bags that belonged to my parents and brother. Where is my pack Aunt Stephanie?" she asked.

"It is in the safe at home." she answered.

"Go get it please, are the contents still in it?" she asked.

"Their IDs are, yes. As well as most of the other things. We had to use some of the resources over the years." Stephanie told her.

Ashley nodded as she looked at Dominic. "You know if we do this, it will mean war?" she asked him.

Dominic walked over to the filing cabinet, and unlocked it with a key from around his neck. He opened the drawer, and pulled out several files. He pulled parts of each of them, stacking them into a pile before he put the last one with the Royal Seal on top. "We have been planning this for nearly 13 years Majesty. We know exactly where they are, we just never had anyone that could unite the Packs like a Royal."

Ashley flipped through the file, and was surprised at how recently the file had been updated. "Can we broadcast to all of the Packs?" she asked having an idea.

"It hasn't been used since the attack on the Palace, but yes." Dominic said as he opened his laptop. "Do you know the codeword your father used for you? It is likely your login."

"Let me try." she said taking the laptop. She typed in her codes, and was surprised they actually worked to log into the emergency system. She handed it back to him, and Dominic smiled.

"Excellent. Shall I prepare the Ceremony of Ceremonies for you tonight?" he asked.

"All of us who are changing today." she said with a smile.
