Stage 4
1. Highly contagious, and transmissible by most forms of physical contact. Possibly airborne. Wear masks provided by Public Health. Observe curfew.
2. Stage 4 symptoms: Total transparency. No parts of the physical body, interior or exterior, remain visible. White outlines are apparently reabsorbed into the body.
3. No apparent translucency, but in certain lighting, such as moonlight, sometimes in darkness, a faint silvery shimmering of the body is sometimes visible.
4. The body still exists, can be touched, and afflicted can still function as the non-afflicted, with one exception. Vocal loudness diminishes to near inaudibility, the equivalent of a rustling sound in the leaves, a susurrus. Hearing becomes increasingly more acute.
