Dominick I’m going to kill Dell this time. I use the short ride in the elevator to try to compose myself, but the one thought that keeps coming back is, I’m going to rip him apart. I finally told Chloe that I love her and to my utter relief, she said it back. And instead of celebrating that fact, I had to leave her alone to deal with an old man throwing a temper tantrum. I look around after exiting the elevator. The wolves that work in the offices here are all frozen in shock, their faces pale as they shift their focus from my office, where screaming and the crashing of furniture can be heard, to me.
