"Aren't my queens the best of them all?" The king chuckled.
"Can you please tell us what happened after that?" Alpha Chelsea pleaded. "It might just be our way out of here," She said, looking hopefully at the king, but everyone at the table went silent. The three queens looked at each other, then at the king, who had lost all manner of playfulness.
"Come," the king said to Peter and Chelsea. "I need to show you something."
He stood up and Alpha Chelsea and Peter followed suit.
He entered the cave, which was now lit by torches in all corners, with the two trailing behind him.
