His Abused Mate

Chapter 9

"And why is that?" I asked. 

"Because I am not done with you."

At his comment, I blushed. Two could play at that game. While I still sat on his lap, I "accidentally" let my towel slip and I watch as his eyes turned dark. 

"You're making this very difficult my love."

"That's kinda the point."

He kissed me softly and sighed. 

"I need to get work done. I will meet you in my room at 8:00 pm. No earlier, got it?"

"Yes sir," I joked as I pretended to salute him. 

He chuckled, wrapped the blanket around me again, and left the room. Since the mating process was complete, I was now connected to the pack. I mind linked Lucy, telling her it was safe to come in now. I told her that I was going to take a shower and then I needed her help with something. 

After my shower, I saw that Lucy was waiting for me. She already had my outfit picked out. It was a green dress with long sleeves. She paired it with tights and small heels. Then she curled my hair while I put on my makeup. Once I walked out that door, everyone would know that I belonged to the Alpha. Because we marked each other, our sents have mixed. They will know that I am going to e their Luna so I need to look the part. 

After I was finished getting ready, Lucy showed me to her room. Along the way, I got stares. I also got glares. They came from Celeste and the man who tried to do those awful things to me. I held my head up high and walked along with Lucy. 

We got to her room. It was a medium-sized room with a twin-sized bed, a bookshelf, a desk, a closet, and a bathroom. The best part of it all was the big windows with the view of the mountains. 

We sat on her bed and talked for a few hours. She told me about how Ky's father found her in the wood when she was 13. She had turned 5 years too early which was a rare occurrence. She was abandoned by her parents because their pack got taken over by rouges and they didn't have the means to take care of her. 

When Ky's father found her, she had just turned for the 1st time and was so confused. He comforted her, took her back to the packhouse, and let her join their pack. In return, she promised to serve their pack in any way possible. Ky's father put her in charge of taking care of the alpha family which is a big honor. For the last 5 years, she has tended to the needs of Ky and his father. She then explained that she is now 18 and when I came along, her role was changed to taking care of the future Luna. 

This meant that Ky intended for me to be his Luna all along. Part of him still had faith that I would not leave him. 

After I found out about Lucy's past, I told her about what happened to me and she asked me about what went on this morning.

"So, he slept in my room last night but woke me up when I started talking in my sleep. Then as we were arguing I started to go into heat. Well, we had to... you know..do it in order to make the pain go away and we marked each other."

"OMG! You guys finished the mating process!?"

"Yeah..."

"That explains your new smell. Did you guys use protection."

"Nope."

"Oh my. So should I expect to be taking care of some pups soon too?" she giggled. 

"Gosh, I hope not. Hopefully a few years from now."

"Don't be surprised if it happens though."

"Yeah, I'll be happy either way."

"So, you wanna have a sleepover in your room tonight? I would offer my room but it's smaller," she asked changing the subject. 

"I totally would but Ky said that I would be sleeping in his room tonight. He said to knock exactly at 8 pm." 

"Ohh girl you gonna get it again?! You should've said that before! We got to go shopping!"

"For what?'

"A sexy outfit and some lingerie!"

"I hate shopping."

"Come on! I'll try some stuff on too so you won't feel alone. Plus, I totally forgot I had a date tonight too."

"OOOOOOHHH WITH WHO?!"

"Calm down. It's with Ky's Beta, Ceaser."

"You're mates with the Beta? That means your going to be the female Beta!"

"I know it's so exciting. I turned early but all the hormonal stuff didn't come until I turned 18, the maturing point for werewolves. When I saw him a few days ago, he walked over to me, told me I was his, and took me away to his room. All we did was talk but since then it has been nothing but pleasure," she said as I giggled and poked at her. 

"I hope our pups are mates. That would be adorable."

"That really would be."

"DOUBLE WEDDING!" we said at the same time. 

We giggled and then decided that we should leave soon. It was already 4 and who knows how much stuff Lucy is going to make me try on. 

"We have to go tell Ky that we are leaving. He'll probably send someone with us for protection." 

We headed to his office and I knocked. 

"Come in," he said. 

"Hey, babe."

He looked up and I saw his eyes turn dark. I could tell he liked what I was wearing. I couldn't wait to see his face tonight. 

"What can I do for you my love," he responded, checking me out. 

"So, Lucy and I want to go shopping for our dates tonight. We'll be home in plenty of time and will even take a female guard with us."

"Why specifically female?"

"A male guard can't go where we are going."

"What does that even mean?" he said curiously. 

"You'll have to wait and see."

His eyes turned playful and I bit my lip. 

"Okay. You can go, and take a female guard with you. I'll see you tonight."

"Thank you," I said as I bounced over to him and kissed him on the cheek. 

Lucy and I giggled out of the room.
