32 HOURS BEFORE THE ATTACK

"How's school?" Veronica asks to Joardan while they are eating dinner. As usual, Michael is not with them eating dinner, because he has some errands to do that needed him to stay in their office for a while, since he is the partner of the man who owns their company.

Joardan smiled and pointed out the knife to Veronica while he was explaining how was his first day at school. "Well obviously, it's boring, but not that boring, it interests me quite sometimes since the students there are talking stuff about me. You know, I'm kinda curious about a lot of things, so I am curious on what happened to me before... I do felt like that what happened to me before has something to do on what happened to me before I went missing. Like it is all connected, I just have to connect a lot of things for me to know the whole truth. And the school knows the truth" Joardan explains and he continued eating after explain himself to his mother.

Veronica gulp and she continues to eat her food quietly.

Veronica was curious about what Joardan is talking about when he syasy that his classmate is talking stuff about him.

"You should not listen to whatever your classmate is saying about you. They don't know your story." Veronica said while she is eating. Joardan nodded. "I don't. Why would I believe them without seeing it with my own eyes? Without someone telling me the whole truth? Why should I listen to only rumors without any evidence right?" Joardan answeres. "Good." Veronica agreed.

Joardan knows that her mother knows something, but she doesn't want to say it, to confess it.

Joardan wonders if what the news about him killing someone is true or a hoax, but if it is true, then who did he kill? And why?

After dinner, Joardan help the maids on washing thee dishes and he went straight in his room. He explores his old phone, because he is hoping that he might find something interesting, or something that could help him define who the woman is in his phone, where his father having affair with...

"You should think about who he killed before thinking who the woman is." Joardan almost lost his breath when Alex showed up beside him. "Quit scaring me Alex! If I die, you'll be the first person I will be haunting of." Joardan said. Alex chuckles and smiled. "How could you die if you are a Fallen Angel? Unless you killed yourself with Azrael's blade then you'll die." Alex said. "And I'm not a person, I'm just like you." He added.

Joardan sigh and look back to his phone.

"I don't know what you're talking about Azrael's blade and I don't care. And in fact, I don't even know if I'm literally an Angel, I mean Fallen Angel, since I don't see an evidence that I am one." Joardan says and look to Alex. "I don't even know if you are real or what." He added while looking to Alex eyes.

Alex become uncomfortable so he stood up in front of Joardan. "So how do you explain those Demons attacking you?" Alex questioned him. "Maybe I am really Karl and I am supposed to be dead but I make my soul go back to my body that's why..." Joardan didn't finish his sentence and look to Alex with his eyes being widened because of realization.

Joardan stood up and face Alex.

"What if, I am really Karl, and the reason why the demons wants me because when I die I was send to hell but I escape and came back to my body!" Joardan says. "Impossible, once a soul was send to hell, there is no way for someone to escape their room." Alex said. "How'd you know that? You are an angel, from heaven, except if you are a fallen angel like me." Joardan said. "Everyone knows that." Alex said and he walk away from Joardan. "I have to go." Alex said and in just one second he disappeared. Joardan just shake his head and chuckle a little bit.

"But if I am a Fallen Angel like what Alex said... Then how and why I became one? What did I do for me to be expelled in Heaven?"

And Joardan remember the only memory he had, the one where he was falling down from heaven and where his wings is turning into black.

"I am expelled for what reason?" Joardan asks to himself. "Am I really a fallen Angel?"

After that night, he turned the light off and go to his bed to sleep, when a dark figurative shadow stood up behind Joardan. He smiled while looking to Joardan who is peacefully sleeping.

"You should never let your soul possess this body, because it has more sins than you have." The shadow said and disappeared from the air.

Next Day Joardan look himself by facing the mirror in his room. Joardan smiled while he is fixing his school coat. "Why do I felt handsome every time I am wearing our school uniform?" Joardan asks himself with confidence. He keeps on smiling when someone knock on his door. "Sir Karl? I mean, Sir Joardan? Your mom asks me to check on you. Are you ready to go sir?" The maid ask. "I am!" The maid almost drop her heart out when Joardan shows up behind her back.

Joardan was surprise too on what just happened. One minute he is inside his room looking to the mirror and after a second he is behind her maid outside his room. "Sir, I am sorry, I thought you are inside your room." The maid apologizes. "I am—a, I mean I was... In my room..." Joardan couldn't answer properly since he was still shock on what happened.

'Is this what a fallen angel can do?'

Joardan ask himself in his mind.

"I will follow you maid." Joardan said with a smile on his face. The maid nodded and she went downstairs. Up until now, Joardan couldn't believe on what just happened, and how it happened.

After a long thought, they finally arrived Las Midstone High.

Joardan thank his driver and he walk through the gate of there campus when he saw Alex standing there waiting for him. "I've been waiting for you for almost 10 minutes now, where have you been?" Alex ask Joardan. "You don't have to wait for me Alex, and lastly, I won't update myself to you, we're not couple." Joardan says.

They both walk inside the campus quietly. And again, students are staring at them, even the Caliban brothers and Ohm.

They're like a celebrity studying in there school because of the stares that the students are giving to them.

"Something's bothering you." Alex break the silence between them. Joardan take a sigh and he grab Alex hand and they went to one of the hallways where less students are walking so they can talk privately.

"I teleported." Joardan said. Alex doesn't look surprise when Joardan tell it to him. Joardan look confuse when he saw Alex reaction. "You're not surprise... Does that mean you knew?" Joardan said. Alex nodded. "How could you! How could you hide it from me and not tell it to me! How could you know about it? Why did you not tell it to me? Why didn't you warned me?" Joardan asks him simultaneously.

Alex sigh and he tap Joardan shoulder.

"Relax. We all can teleport. What would you think when one second I'm not behind you or beside you then another millisecond I am suddenly there?" Alex said. Joardan asks himself because of what Alex said. "All angel, even the fallen ones can teleport, even the demon, God and Lucifer itself can teleport, everyone can teleport Joardan." Alex added. "It means, we all have powers?" Joardan said. Alex nodded and he smiled. "Your basic power is only showing up to you. So don't be surprise if any strange things happened to you or surrounding you, it means that is your power, you need to get your powers back and control them so we can defeat those dark ones who want you dead." Alex said. "How?" Joardan said. "I'll help you with that." Alex answered. "Wait you said Powers, does that mean I have a lot?"

But before Alex answered his question, a teacher showed up and warned them that the bell already rang so why are they bubbling about.

"We're sorry Mrs. we didn't hear the bell." Alex apologizes. The teacher smiled and nodded. "It's alright." The teacher said. She looked to Joardan with a fierce eyes. "You. I don't take any excuses from you. I don't care if you died and went back to life, you don't deserve a third chance. Don't passed your bad personality to a good person like Alex." The teacher said and she look to Alex. "You Alex, don't be manipulated to Mr Norman if you don't want to end up like Max Caliban." The teacher said. "End up like Max Caliban?" Alex asks her. "He died because your friend here killed him." The teacher said and look to Joardan again.

Joardan did not expect to hear it sooner.

Now Joardan knows what is the name of the person he killed.

"Now, go to your class now. I don't want to see you lingering around Karl. I don't want you to take Karl's influence, especially the murderer one." The teacher said to Alex. Alex looked to Joardan and he walk away from them. "And you." The teacher pointed her finger to Joardan. "The only mistake that God made, is bringing you back alive. The person who killed you shouldn't use a gun to shot you on the head, but he should've used an axe to cut your head off." The teacher said and she walk away from him, but before the teacher passes the other hall, Joardan said something that make her stop.

"A person like you, cannot enter the heaven. The way you judge me is the way how you judge your son's sexuality. You judge me without knowing the truth, but with what the rumor said to you. So don't ask yourself why your son took his own life, because deep down, you know why. And the only person who should be guilty to your son's death, is you."

The teacher looked behind her, but Joardan is gone.

She couldn't believe what she just heard, and after that, she felt her tears running down to her cheeks. "Son..." She then whispered when she recalls the memories she had with her son.

The class started in Las Midstone High and just like another day, student listens, and teachers teaches.

Nothing seems different, except for Joardan not being in class.

Joardan is looking at the clam sky above while leaning both of his arms at the edge of the rooftop. Joardan keeps asking himself what he did, what he did that makes him a fallen angel. What kind of sin or how much sinner is he. Up until now, Joardan is a mess, with the knowledge of the past, he doesn't know how to make his future and present. He needs to know, both of his past, the past where he is an angel, and the past of Karl.

He keeps thinking if he can do it, or he will just forget it.

"You're not in class." Joardan skip a distance from the ground when someone speak behind him. He turned around and saw a blonde beautiful girl standing behind him from the distance.

"You're the reporter that visited me at the hospital." Joardan says after he remembered that this girl standing in front of him is the girl who he leet to ask him a question, the first time he got out of the hospital. "You don't seem to be a reporter to me." Joardan added after analyzing her looks.

The girl is wearing the school's uniform. A black and rede coat, a very long socks that reaches the knee, and a skirt that is only 5 inches.

She slowly walks towards Joardan with a force saddening smile on her face then chuckled. "Of course I'm not a reporter, I'm a student here." She said. "You don't look like a student because of your matured face." Joardan said back. "Sorry, my mistakes though." He added.

He saw her take a deep breath and he couldn't tell if what kind of deep breath did she take, like is she disappointed? Sad? Happy? Surprise?

But in the end, he didn't get an answer.

"You really can't remember." The girl said. Joardan nodded and smiled. "Well, I think it's worthless and useless for me to introduce myself to you." She then said.

When the girl reaches where he is standing at, their skin touches and Joardan felt the warm burnt on his skin. Joardan walk backwards away from her but just a little inches. "I'm sorry I freak you out." She said. Suddenly, Joardan wokes up from realization and he started talking. "Are you seducing me or what? I don't know you, I mean, I know you before, but now I couldn't. I don't focus on past, I focus on present and future, so if you don't tell me what your name is, then we're done here." Joardan said and walk away from her, but before he could leave the rooftop, the girl droped her name.

"Sally Montes. Your ex-girlfriend." Joardan stop walking and she remembered what her mother told her. Sally is her girlfriend for almost 2 years but they break up just after that incident happened, but until now, Joardan didn't know what Incident is she talking about.

"We broke up after that incident, could you tell me what incident is that?" Joardan asks her and when he turned around, she was nowhere to be seen.
