I stared out the window as the leaves blew in the direction of the wind. My body was numb from over sleeping and my face felt sore. I laid in bed listening to Ashlee's breathing as she read her business notebook. Graduation was just around the corner and it seemed she had her life more figured out than I did. She planned on finishing high school, completing online courses to become an event planner, and then going back for her management degree. All I knew was that I planned on babysitting a lot after her baby was born. Maybe I'll continue on the path Trent and I talked about; moving out and heading off on my own.
