When I got back into the house my mom was waiting for me in the hallway. She had a few more grey hairs than I remembered and there were a few more wrinkles around her eyes. But other than that she was exactly as I remembered her. Tears started to pool in my eyes. I had spent most of my life believing that my mom was dead and yet here she was, she was stood right in front of me. It was completely overwhelming. I ran over to where she was standing and threw my arms around her, letting my tears overflow and run down my cheeks. “I missed you so much.” I said between sobs. “I missed you too Diana. I never stopped loving you and I am so proud of the women you have become. I hope you will always remember that.” She replied, holding me tightly. I couldn’t tell you for sure how long we stay
