"Keep her, I never wanted a useless girl" 6 year old Angel cowered next to the couch, listening as her mother screamed at her father. "You are a worthless piece of sh*t, and that little b*tch is just like you." Angel's eyes moved to where her father stood in the doorway, his eyes meet hers with a pained look "What about the boys Brenda? Will you at least allow us visitation?" The ugly laugh she heard from her mother made little Angel shiver. "Why would I allow you anywhere near my son's?" Brenda snorted "You are nothing but a lowly NCO, James is a high ranking officer, he can offer them a better life than you ever could" "They are my son's as well, Brenda" Angel heard the growl he father let out and shrank further back into the corner. "No Paul, they are not!" Brenda sneered "The only child you gave me was a worthless girl." Brenda threw a file onto the coffee table "There's the Paternity results if you don't want to believe me. The divorce papers are in there as well. Sign them and stay the f*ck out of our lives" Angel stayed in the corner between the couch and wall, tears streaming from her pale green eyes. Mommy didn't want her, never wanted her. Daddy looked so sad, even when he tried to smile at her and coax her out of her hiding place. "Come on Angel, if you come out we can go get some ice cream."
