Chapter 2

Saria POV

I will need to leave here. I can't bear the shame and constant wagging that my stepmom and the new Alpha would keep up with me. They wouldn't spare me a second to constantly remind me how Delilah would always come first no matter how hard I tried.

I finished packing my stuff and zipped my bag to go look for Nash.

I was skeptical at first, he had no reason to leave, unlike me. But then, he would agree because we're mates and he has promised to stand by me no matter how hard the going gets.

That was one true man who loved me, it gave me a different kind of feeling that I was in the right hands. We would start our own family somewhere else, or we could even join another pack.

The coronation ceremony had died down, and the maids were cleaning the hall when I passed, some of them waded me a pitiful look.

More reasons to leave as soon as possible. I checked for Nash everywhere but he was nowhere to be found.

I decided to check the hallway. Maybe he was with some of the other pack members. As I strolled past the long hallways, my feet stopped along the way when I caught some strange noise emitting from one of the rooms nearby.

As I approached the room, the sound became clearer. I covered my mouth with my hand, knowing it was pleasurable moan of a man and woman escaping the room.

I could not believe that guests would use the hallway store of a packed house to sleep with each other during a coronation ceremony. I felt gross just thinking about it.

Suddenly, I felt a tight grip in my chest like my heart was being mashed and squeezed up. It was painful and difficult to breathe. What is going on with me? Where is Nash?

Just as I was about to turn away, my heart sank in my throat when I heard a familiar voice, "Yes Nash. I want it! I want it so badly!" She yelled in desperation before she let out a scream.

I watched in horror as Nash, my boyfriend, obeyed Delilah's requests, inserting himself inside of her and pushing deeply after smacking her hard.

"Yes babe! Harder! Harder!" She shouted.

My entire body shivered, and I nodded my head furiously as if my eyes were deceiving me. I didn't know how to react to the scene before me as I stood there, rooted to the ground.

Tears, hot and unchecked, spilled down my cheeks as I heard Nash's voice, deep and husky, "Oh baby, you're so hot when you're on your knees. Come on get your tongue down my length." They changed positions as Delilah sucked hard on his shaft.

I honestly thought it would get pretty bad if any of them could see me, until Delilah's eyes met mine and I stood there frozen, wondering what she was going to do.

I was still in shock to confront Nash and I didn't know what her reaction would be, but suddenly she smiled.

No shock, no remorse or any atom of shame. A wicked content smile on her face as she stared at me while giving my mate a blow job.

"Really?" She blushed as she continued stroking his hard length with her tongue, "what about your little girlfriend Saria?" She blurted out and for some reason I waited for what he would say.

His next words shattered my heart completely into a million pieces, I was unable to breathe properly.

"What do you think? That I would be with a b***h who had lost everything? Do you think I would settle for a Wolf-less bastard when I have you? She's nothing but a pawn in the pack, I'll just reject her so we can be together." He moaned as her tongue went down his long shaft.

I couldn't believe that the man I had given my whole world to would turn his back at me in the blink of an eye.

"Nash!" I called his name, sobbing profusely as I whacked the door open.

"What the f**k?" Nash growled as he quickly took himself out of Delilah's mouth and scurried to cover his nakedness.

"What the hell are you doing here, Saria?" Nash lashed out with anger as he stood right in front of me.

"N-nash, why?" I whimpered, trying to stand straight in front of him.

"Why, what? Are you surprised by what you see?" He asked with a deep loud tone, locking his piercing green eyes with me without a hint of shame or remorse.

"Saria how dare you barge in on us?" Delilah feigned fear and surprise as she rushed up to cover herself with the sheets.

"Nash, what is going on here? Tell me all this is a joke. Tell me I didn't just walk in on you f**k-" the rest of my words died in my mouth as I saw Delilah walked up to Nash, stark naked and planted a soft kiss to his face.

I walked up to Delilah, fuming in my mouth and tried to slap her when Nash's large hands held mine in place.

He pushed me away and hugged her protectively to his side, "how dare you try to raise your hands to your Alpha?"

I stood there in shock, "Nash, it's... it's me. How could you betray me like this? You're siding her over me? Your own mate?"

"You've pretty much heard everything and there's nothing more to hide, Saria. Everything that went on between was a lie, you've proven to be incompetent and worthless. I can't be seen with a weakling like you."

I flinched at his tone, knowing what would come next.

"I, Nash Parker, reject you, Saria Cain, daughter of Alpha Luke as my mate."

My heart bled as I staggered back crying out in pain. My body felt numb and cold, I broke out in sweat, feeling dizzy and nauseated all together.

The one person I had loved unconditionally, the one I gave my all, what then was I living for?

Tears streamed down my cheeks freely when I saw Nash pull Delilah into his hands and shamelessly sucked on her neck in front of me.

Delilah cupped his cheek and shot me a lucid smile, "I love you Nash. Why don't we make it official now?" She said as she turned her neck to him.

"I love you too Delilah." With that, Nash leaned down and bit into the side of her neck, I caught the victory smile in Delilah's eyes as she moaned, grabbing onto Nash until he was done marking her.

He pulled away and as I saw the mark, I unconsciously dropped to my knees knowing it was all over and my whole life was built on lies.

So much for his love and promises!

I watched as Delilah pushed Nash to the bed and climbed on him, "Hey step-sis, do you care for a threesome?" She shot me a devilish smile as she licked her lips lustfully.

I got up in a foot of rage, they couldn't even wait for me to leave before rubbing it to my face that they were together.

So shameless....

My heart was crushed and heavy, my eyes were blood red with tears and even my knees felt weak and they couldn't hold me for long.

I would have to run away alone, it doesn't matter if I have anyone by my side or not. The one person who I thought would stick by me through thick and thin had just proven me wrong. I was all alone after all.

I went into my room to pack my things and leave the pack peacefully. I couldn't bear another second of their torment and torture. It was time to let go and live the rest of my life peacefully in the woods or wherever.

“Why are your things packed?” My father walked into my room and saw me arranging my bags.

"Father..... I- I'm leaving tonight." I spoke in a low voice.

Saria!" His tone held warning that made me shiver. "Come to my office now!" He said and stormed out of my room.

He has taken everything away from me, what more does he want?
