THIRTY-TWO Jack turned his head, ‘It was only an educated guess,’ but before Mandy could reply, the traffic began to move more freely. Things had changed on the outskirts of Exeter since she did her degree in the West Country City, but the inner city was pretty much the same, except for the one-way roads.
