. The ceiling fan was the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes. My vision was blurry but it became focused after a while. The pain was still there. Actually, it pained a lot but little less than earlier.  Now it was kind of a blunt diffuse pain around my left shoulder. I was shirtless again! Monitors all over my chest, oxygen mask covering my nose and mouth, intra-venous channel on the dorsum of my left hand, BP-cuff on my right arm and a pulse-oximeter on my left index finger. I touched my legs. I had a pant on; the fabric felt like cotton.  I looked around. This time, it was a proper hospital cabin.
