Kayla got up from bed by four . Had a quick shower and slid into her pink cropped top and rugged jean trousers. She looked around and walked downstairs and entered the kitchen .
She opened the fridge , but couldn't find anything to prepare. Only thing in there where takeouts.
He wasn't eating anything except, junk food,fast food , snacks and pastries , he wasn't eating any proper food.
" Yikesssss...." , Now Kayla finally understood why he needed a wife , not for companionship or anything, but to take care of a grown baby. She was adultsitting .

She heated the takeouts and served breakfast for herself and him. After that, she warmed up coffee for him too.
She went back to bath and dress up casually.
When Ferdinand was done dressing he got downstairs, he was about to step out when a soft voice called out to him.
"Ferd, won't you eat breakfast at least, before you step out for work. Knowing how busy you are,you probably won't eat lunch at work." , Kayla said in her soft light feminine voice , she also smiled making her dimples known.
"I'm not hungry." , He said coldly, completely ignoring her bewitching smile.
"You are,you just don't want to eat with me. It's fine, I understand you don't want anything to do with me nor this sad arranged marriage." , She was actually really downcasted,no one had ever rejected her, she felt so inferior and low self esteemed. She started walking slowly towards the stairs.
Now he felt bad , and unconsciously and involuntarily,his feet started moving towards the dining.
"Huh, my wife here was begging me to eat and now she is bailing on our breakfast." , He teased her. ' what was coming over this cold demon?'
She turned around and she smiled as she got down and sat down opposite him.
"Uh.. Ferd, I wanted to ask for your permission to go out for grocery shopping. Oh , and am low on cash too.", She pouted like a kid.
"Let's go." , He commanded.
"Huh?", She asked as she was dumbfounded.
"Let's go shopping." ,He recommended and before she knew it , she was already in his car heading for the nearest grocery store.
