After Aiden's remark we went back to eating our food but the tension was still in the air.
"Why do your eyes shift from bluish-green to gold?" I asked him, breaking our somewhat peaceful silence.
"Werewolves' eye color changes to gold means two things. Either they are aroused" he looks at me intently and I blushed, "or they are angry" I downed a glass of water trying to calm myself.
His eyes changed a couple of times and there were times when we were intimate and his eye color changed. Which means one thing.
"Oh- Okay" I tried to make it sound casual but I just spluttered the words making him rub my back.
"Are you okay?" he asks me worriedly as he bit his lip.
That action seemed to eradicate my thinking abilities as I just stared at his lip, daydreaming.
