"Who do you work for?" Chazz asked, finally breaking the silence. Yet the room didn't feel any less suffocating to the other person.
Jonah instantly shook his head as he looked at the man. "As if I can tell you that!" He replied, "I might be many things but I'm not-" He was interrupted once more.
"You already betrayed whoever it is you work for... So what's the point of still having loyalty towards them anymore?" Chazz asked as he crossed his arms, he stared at the man with a bored expression on his face, waiting to hear the other's reasoning.
"A wealthy prick like you wouldn't understand what it's like to struggle in this world..." Jonah muttured under his breath while looking away from the author. "...things aren't ask simple as you might think they are.
