“What is happening?” I asked the doctor as he and his nursed ran around Victoria's room like headless chickens. I was even beginning to believe that they didn’t know what they were doing
“Do you even know what you are doing?” I demanded angrily
“Alpha, I think it’s best if you leave the room, you are in the way” the doctor said, and I scoffed.
“I am in the way. You better not forget what I told you. If she dies, I will skin you alive” he said as I stood at the corner of the room and watched as the doctors worked on Victoria, who looked like she had given up on life itself.
