I couldn’t believe this was happening, I felt like I was standing here and watching life being sucked out of Victoria’s body and there wasn’t much I could do about it. There wasn’t anything I could do except stand here and watch as my mate slipped right through my fingers. I felt like the doctors were not doing enough
“Victoria….my love…please wake up” I shouted but I couldn’t believe that she was now just a shell lying on the bed.
It was the oldest feeling and it almost felt like this was my first time losing a love one losing a mate but it wasn’t. Watching her body lying there it was like she was here and yet not here at the same time. She just wasn’t present and no matter how hard I shook her she didn’t we up.
