Chapter 19

Indy POV

I get out of Grammy’s car and give her a small wave good bye and head in to my first class. I make sure I sit some where, were Jax cant sit near me. I sense him walk in and I slowly look up at him, you can see the hurt on his face, he gives me a weak smile, I don’t give him anything. He takes a seat and just watches me a few minutes until the professor walks in. Class starts and every now and then I can feel Jax looking at me. Class ends I stay seated as I have my turoriting lesson with Professor Malcom.

Jax walks up to me ‘Hey, he says ‘can we talk later’. I am not sure how to get out of being with him I answer ‘I will let you know when I am finished here and we can go from there’. He nods and slowly walks out. I can sense the Professor looking at me, and then he procedures to ask me what is wrong. I am not sure exactly what to say.

The Professor prods some more before I finally give in, I think to myself ‘he may have a clearer mindset as he isn’t involved with me unlike Grammy, Jax or Drake. ‘I had a dream last night about my mother’s accident’ I begin, he gives me a keep going look, so I do ‘the man that is yelling at my mother sounds like my Uncle Drake and then the wolf that kills her feels like Jax’ I finish. He gives me a blank stare ‘what have I just done’ I thought to myself. His looks change when he finally speaks, I cannot believe what he said.

Malcom POV

Finally, my plan is working and soon I will have her but for right now I must choose my words carefully after hearing what she just dreamt about I can now mould her. I brace myself ‘Indy, there is something you should know about that night’ I start small. ‘I had a friend in the police force and he told me there was a few things left out of the official report’ I used my fingers to quote in the air.

I could see her blink a few times, I let that part sink in before; I continue. ‘He confirmed to me that your Uncle Drake and Jax were there that night and had bribed him quite generously to not put them onto the report’ I stopped and looked at her trying to look as sorry as I could about what I was telling her. I continued ‘my friend left the police force after that as those two forced his hand as they told him if he didn’t, they would destroy his family and from what seen at the accident site’ I stopped and watched her face ‘they would have done the same to him as his family’

My performance was brilliant. I had her eating out of the palm of my hand now just a few more lies to lay and then she would be mine. ‘I am sorry Indy, the way Jax was all over you when you started here, I thought you had a right to know’ I stated. She paused taking it all in ‘But why, how could they. They where both really nice to me and accepted me’ she said. ‘And did Grammy know’ her face was ghost white.

‘Indy, the reason they may be nice to you is either one of two reasons’ I started ‘one they might be trying to see if you can remember anything from that night before doing anything to you’ I paused so she could let it sink in ‘or they are getting close to you so they can finish what they started with your mother’ I finished. She looked like she was ready to pass out. I smiled in my head. ‘I think we are done for the day’ I told her. She just nodded slowly I think she was still processing everything.

As she went to walk out, I called to her ‘is someone here to pick you up’ I could see her freeze and tense at that question. She shakes her head no. I grab my things and walk towards her ‘Ok, I will give you a lift if you would like, so you don’t have to be alone with them’. She answered in a small voice ‘I would appreciate that’. I nodded and we walked to my car.

Her smell was intoxicating, I didn’t think I could control myself. But I had to I didn’t want to scare her off now she was so close. I had to keep putting those thoughts into her head and making her hate them. I pulled the car over a couple of doors from her house. I turned the motor off and turned and looked at her. I put my hand in my pocket and grab a piece of paper from it.

She gave me a weird look when I handed it to her. ‘It is my personal numbers, in case things or the guys get to much and you need somewhere to think’. I stated ‘but no pressure, I am not trying anything I am just trying to help a student get out of a messy situation’ I finished. She took it and nodded a thank you. She turned and out of the car. I put the window down ‘I will sit here until you are safe in the house’ I called to her. She slightly turned and gave me a small smile. Gee I love her smile I thought to myself as I watched her walk to her house. Watching her walk made my member go slightly hard, I could feel myself go to my naughty place and think of what I would do to her and what she would do to me. I quickly turned my car on and drive home where I could think about all those dirty things, I could do to her without anyone catching me
