Scene 1 – The Dog and the Blood in the Chalet
The night was unnaturally still, and the air moved slowly through the trees surrounding the chalet, as if nature itself were holding its breath.
In front of the sleek black car, five bodyguards stood silently, surrounded by a heavy stillness broken only by the faint hiss of cigarette smoke and the uneasy rhythm of their breathing.
Suddenly, a sharp bark tore through the quiet, echoing from inside the chalet. They exchanged quick, alarmed glances, each trying to read in the other’s eyes what might be happening within.
One of them said cautiously:
> “Did you hear that? The dog’s barking inside… something’s going on.”
They approached the main door slowly, their shadows swallowed by the darkness on the damp, dew-covered ground.
