"What makes you think you can kill me? I just defeated werewolves who were going to destroy you and your entire pack. You would be lying dead, so I think you should reconsider your decision. Otherwise, you and your pack will face severe loss too," Rozy said, placing her hand on the silver sword with a fierce look.
Alpha responded with a confident expression, "You might be in a position to kill me. You might have saved us, but we can't deny Lycan's order. Rogue wolves have to be killed on sight."
"Please don't do this, my love. She saved our lives, we should not repay help with death," pleaded Elda, her eyes pleading.
"I have to do this. We follow the King's order, and if we fail to do so, he won't spare us. I can't put our whole pack's life in danger just because of this girl."
"If I have to, I will wipe out your entire pack. You better treat me with courtesy," Rozy said, stepping forward and looking Alpha directly in the eyes.
"Myrtle, please carry out the instructions," Alpha commanded.
Myrtle, with her head down, came forward and said, "Alpha, are you sure about this? I can't do this; she doesn't deserve to die."
Alpha commanded Myrtle to look into his eyes and said, "I command you to tear this girl apart in the most horrific way you are capable of."
Myrtle transformed into a wolf and started slowly moving towards Rozy, her steps accompanied by a haunting howl. Elda stepped in front of Rozy and said, "You need to resist this compulsion. You can't kill her." Elda didn't understand why she was taking the side of this girl against her love and family, but she felt a certain attachment to her.
"How dare you go against me, Elda?" Alpha growled angrily.
"Please don't kill her. Can't we let her go? Can't we choose to be good for once?" Elda pleaded, tears rolling down her cheeks.
"If you continue to come between my orders and authority, I fear I will have to break all ties with you and banish you from this pack."
"I don't understand. Please don't do this, my love," Elda pleaded, her voice filled with desperation.
Myrtle continued to advance towards Rozy. Elda transformed back into her original form, appearing strong among them. She pushed Myrtle away with her claws, and Myrtle, now furious, launched an attack in return. She attacked Elda forcefully, knocking her into a corner, wounded.
Finally, Myrtle pounced on Rozy, pinning her down with her sharp claws. Rozy's hand started bleeding as she tried to reach her sword. She expected Elda to defeat Myrtle, but she wasn't prepared for this. She struggled to get closer to the sword, but Myrtle roared and pressed her claws down on Rozy's hands. Rozy knew she couldn't die; she had too many things to accomplish and needed to find justice for Caleb's death. Gathering all her strength, she lifted Myrtle's claw, reaching for her silver sword. In one swift motion, she slashed the sword at Myrtle, rendering her unconscious.
"That was impressive. Let me raise the stakes. Now, face my five strongest werewolves," Alpha commanded, eyeing his five most powerful wolves.
They circled around Rozy, but instead of feeling nervous, she became fiercer. The first wolf attacked, slashing her back. She was injured, but in a quick motion, she swung her sword in a circular motion, swiftly taking down all five of them.
Alpha, who had been enjoying the show, now wore a serious expression. He decided to take matters into his own hands. He transformed into his giant werewolf form and approached Rozy. They exchanged intense eye contact as he moved around her. Alpha lunged at her, aiming to capture her with his powerful paws. He applied immense pressure, causing Rozy to scream in pain. She couldn't bear it any longer.
In a surge of strength, Rozy transformed into a giant werewolf, causing Alpha to fall to the ground in agony. She was massive, causing everyone around to gasp in surprise. Her wounds began healing rapidly, far surpassing the healing power of others. With her thick paws and beaming yellow eyes, she let out a thunderous roar that echoed in the distance. She struck Alpha with one powerful swipe, leaving him dead on the ground. People started transforming into wolves and fleeing in fear. Rozy could see no one around except for Myrtle lying on the ground. Her gaze shifted to Elda, and she returned to her human form, resting her head on Elda's lap.
"Wake up, Elda. See what I have done. I have turned into a monster. I killed your Alpha, but it was necessary for me to survive," Rozy said, gently sprinkling water on Elda's head.
Elda woke up, disoriented, her head throbbing. She realized what had transpired when she saw the lifeless bodies of wolves scattered around them. "Oh no, this can't be happening."
She noticed Louis approaching from a distance. "What are you doing here? And why is Macro with you?" Myrtle asked, getting up from the ground.
"I'm here to find my brother, Umberto," Louis replied confidently.
"Why do you want to see him now? You sent your members to kill him earlier. Why come now?"
"I have no intention to kill him. I just wanted to have a small conversation with him to settle our dispute. Earlier, I sent my members to bring him to me."
"And you call that a little chat?" Myrtle raised an eyebrow skeptically.
"By the way, why are these wolves lying here? Did your Alpha have some games planned for the ceremony?" Macro asked, a cunning smile on his face.
"He is dead. The girl who saved us from your member turned out to be a rogue wolf, and the Alpha compelled me to kill her. Instead, she killed all of them, including the Alpha. I survived because when she struck me with her silver sword, I became unconscious," Myrtle explained.
"What! How could a mere girl kill my brother? I will avenge his death. Nobody has the right to lay a finger on him," Louis declared with a heavy and loud voice.
"I have no interest in any of your business. I believe she ran into the forest. You both can go after her. Just leave me alone," Myrtle said, walking away.
"Do you want revenge for your brother's death? We wanted the same thing, didn't we?" Macron asked curiously.
"You didn't listen carefully to Myrtle. She said the girl is a rogue wolf. If we capture her and present her to the Lycan King, he would be pleased and might reward us in unimaginable ways," Louis said, a sly smile creeping across his face.
They both headed towards the forest, following Myrtle's instructions.
