" Can you please wait for me " , I heard a voice call , when I looked back to where the voice was coming from , I was met with beautiful brown eyes , the guy was ' Hot ' , he was dreamy , to say the least . I felt butterflies playing inside my stomach when he approached me and I doubted for a second that he was coming to me until he was right in front of me , for the first time , I felt alive and noticed , don't get me wrong , I have dated before but never felt alive like I feel right now , he hasn't even said what he wants from me but I feel like he is going to ask me out and I am going to say ' yes ' , definitely , I know I sound too hopeful and dreamy right now but a girl's got to dream , right ? " yeah , sure " , was all I could utter , I am a very shy person and when I saw that smile plastered on him , I felt like a ticking time bomb and that could explode anytime , this guy was ' Hot ' , and that smile made him ever Hotter , I was going crazy , maybe way too crazy. " Let me help you with that " , he said and I was shocked for a while , not even an introduction of himself , wow , I even forgot that i was carrying my school backpack , hell , I even forgot I was wearing my school uniform , " ohhh , okay sure " , I answered in my shocked state , I got over myself and composed myself , I was now a blushing mess at this point , I didn't even care if I looked stupid right now . " okay , see you then " , I had to be kidding myself , I didn't just answer that , did I ? , this guy is doing things to me that I can't even explain myself and I am just going to let him leave without even telling me what his name is or where he is staying ? , but before I could say anything he gave me my bag pack , " same time , same place " he said and left , I was just standing there with my mouth agape , looking like a f*cking moron , just waiting for someone to just slap me back to earth , hahaha , speak of the devil and he shall appear , my little brother , Mason , came and snapped me out of it " waiting for someone , big sis ? " , he asked , looking around as if to see someone approaching " yeah , I was waiting for you ", I replied , lies , I had to lie or he was going to tell mom and dad , ' no , little brother , I just met a guy and I don't even know his name ' that was what I was supposed to say , but what can I say ? , he is a loud mouth and I hope he didn't see him or anything at all. " ehhmm , okay " he said and left me there on that very same spot that I was left in by my new acquaintance . I snapped out of it and went inside the house. " hey mom , how was your day today ? " " nothing , I just told her that I saw you with a guy , and after he left , you looked like a ghost who was lost , not to mention, you lied to me about it " " hey ! , that is none of your business , why did you have to tell mom ? " " ehhh , because she is your mother and she deserves to know who her daughter is ghosted by , you get it ? 'ghosted' ? " he said , laughing and heading upstairs to his room , leaving me with a frozen looking mom " I'll kill you ! " I ran to him and my mother , out of her trance , stopped me , " leave your brother alone , he is right thou , I need to know who my daughter is hanging out with , especially at your age , soooo , who is this guy I hear about ? " " come on mom , he is no one and I am not that young , I am 18 years old " " that is a young age to be meeting ' guys ' , how old is he , and the name please " , feeling embarrassed , I turned to leave but she stopped me right on my tracks , " no , young lady , I need an answer , do i need to tell your father and warn him about this new favorite 'guy' ? " , she said , quoting the word ' guy ' with her fingers " I don't know any of that mom , and no , you don't need to tell dad anything " , I blushed and scurried away to my room , leaving her mouth agape in the kitchen.
