THE CAGED PRINCESS

CHAPTER 1 She woke up with him by her side, but instead of feeling happy, she felt regret. Tia Bulletz, our perfect 14-year-old teen girl, or at least we thought she was. She made a huge mistake that night, and she regretted it for her entire life. She woke up with a depressed feeling in her heart and all she wanted to do was go see her boyfriend. The only problem was that her parents didn’t allow her to go out with anyone, let alone have a problem. She felt she was like Rapunzel or Cinderella, but the only difference between them was that she was black. She had to find a way to get out of that house as soon as possible, or she was going to end her life. It was not the first time she had wanted to sneak out, but her parents' house was like a prison. It had an electric fence, cameras that could see every angle of the house and, most importantly, an alarm that was made to alert my parents whenever anyone opened the gate after 6pm. All she ever wanted, even if it was for one day, was to enjoy a day without any stress and just to be free. She just wished to be a normal teen and do dumb stuff that she had never done before, so that day she did. Her parents were out of the country, and they had taken her sister along with them, so she had the house to herself, and the first thing she did was eat a full 1kg container of yoghurt. She ate it like it was the first time she had eaten it. She was never allowed to eat anything because it was for the “kids.” After eating the yoghurt, she asked her friends if they were free so that they could go to KFC to get the dunked wings because they always said that the dunked wings were for her sisters and she always had to eat the bones because it was the only thing she was allowed to eat. So when her friends agreed to go out, she was ecstatic. She dressed up and sprayed her parents' perfume, and she finally felt like she was going to be happy for once. She left the house and took an Uber to the most famous mall, The Fields Mall, and they all met there. When the group reunited, they went shopping before they could go eat. Since Tia was not allowed to go out, she just saved her money because she knew that one day she was going to need it and that day finally came. She had enough money to even buy 2 iPhone 17 and this specific iPhone was everyone's dream phone, but all she wanted was an iPad because she wanted to take her animation seriously, and the iPad she wanted was going to help her a lot. When her friends suggested going to the Apple Store, she did not hesitate. Her friends went with her just because they had to, but they made fun of her when she went to the iPad section, and they thought she didn’t have enough money to even buy the cheapest iPad, which was five thousand dollars, but Tia proved them wrong when she took the most expensive iPad, and she took out her black card, and everyone in that store was speechless, but that wasn’t even the best part.
