Chapter 22

"Who the hell.." said the police officer right before Follome reveals her monstrous form, terrifying both the girl and the police officer who stand shocked.

With a second to pass, Follome appears right in front of him within a blink of an eye and forms a bone dagger out of the fiery veins within her flesh and stabs him at his stomach at a instant. "Want me to go easy on you now?" asked Follome as she repeatedly stabs him on multiple places at a speedy rate.

Unable to watch this, the girl is leaned away to a corner, crying while Follome brutalises the officer and drops him on the floor, then turns his attention towards the girl as she slowly approaches him. "You, what are you doing here at this time?" asked Follome.

"Please... please don't hurt me.. please." cried the girl as Follome approaches close to her. "Stop whining and answer the godamm question, what the hell were you doing here?" asked Follome. "I.. ran away.. from my home, I didn't like it there." said the girl. "A runaway huh? did you come here alone?" asked Follome.

"No... car.. they brought me here." cried the girl. "Where?" asked Follome to which the girl points at East direction. "Hmm.. I'll take care of them, you know the way home?" asked Follome to which the girl nods. "Good, start running and don't look back, go." said Follome as she helps lift the girl and sends her away.

Meanwhile within the police car to the east, a police officer keeps listening to the radio and seems to have grown tired of waiting for his partner. "Damm.. what's taking him so long?" asked the police officer when he starts to notice the young girl running away to the opposite side of the street.

"Shit." said the police officer as he steps out of the car when a loaded g*n and attempts to go after the girl but is pulled away onto the alley by a fiery vein Follome plunges onto him.

Meanwhile, Sharon, who seemed to be going on the same road with Jim seated behind, playing with his toys while Sharon starts to feel worried about what she can do to help him after what she just witnessed.

Seeing the poor face of the boy, she decides to seek information on who or what this entity really is, and why is it after him. "Jim, you feeling okay?" asked Sharon to which he nods. "Good, don't you wanna come front?" asked Sharon. "No." said Jim. "Why?" asked Sharon. "It's where Mommy sits." said Jim. "Oh, that's.. alright, Jim, I know what you've going through and I wanna help you, alright?" asked Sharon to which Jim nods.

"Good, to do that, I need to know why is he after you." said Sharon. "I don't want to talk about him." said Jim. "I understand it's hard dear, but this thing, it's bad, it needs to be stopped before it consumes more lives." said Sharon. "Don't call me a thing." whispered Jim. "What?" asked Sharon.

"I SAID DON'T CALL ME A THING!" yelled Jim when he transforms instantly into the form of Sneaky and scares the living out of Sharon whom instantly stops the car.

At a distance, while Follome is done nailing the officer to a wall, she glances a look at how the car stopped and becomes concerned while inside the car, Sharon goes for her g*n but Sneaky leaps onto her neck and starts strangling her neck with a wire from behind while she gasps for breath.

As she tries to fight back by leaning in her hand to grab Sneaky, it bites her off to which she screams, driving the attention of Follome once again. "You've gotta be kidding me." said Follome as she rushes towards the car.

Despite being strangled, Sharon manages to accelerate the car, driving them straight towards a shop and crashing through.

And as Follome arrives closer, Sharon manages to get out of the car, and pull out the unconscious Sneaky who smiles despite being bled. She slams him down to a corner and starts beating him mercilessly as Follome arrives.

"Where is he you piece of s**t! where is he?" asked Sharon while beating him when Sneaky's smile turns to grin as he ragingly look at Sharon. "You're.... NEXT!" screams Sneaky as he transforms back into Jim who seemed to be having the same injures Sneaky did, revealing that Sharon was beating Jim all along.

"No, no, no, no, no!" cried Sharon gasping onto Jim's body tightly. "What the hell happened here?" asked Follome. "This is an active crime scene, I suggest you.." said Sharon right before Follome pulls her in with her fiery veins and sinks it onto her.

While being absorbed by her, Follome starts to glimpse of Sharon and memories of her own begins to interconnect with her own, glancing onto the memories of past.

Several years ago, Sharon in her youth is glancing through a magazine when Fatima enters into the room. "Hey there stranger, you're back already?" asked Sharon.

"Well.. the date wasn't as expected, so I ran." said Fatima. "You ran away from your date?" asked Sharon to which Fatima smiles. "He was so boring, I wanted to sleep, and the bartender was giving weird vibes to him which was.. Distracting him I suppose?" asked Fatima.

"Really? was she hotter than you?" asked Sharon. "You mean He." said Fatima. "Oh my god, oh my.. he's gay?" asked Sharon. "I guess so, thank god I knew sooner." said Fatima. "Good for you, and speaking of." said Sharon as she hands over a certain type of brochure to Fatima.

"Shopping night.. for upcoming party?" asked Sharon.

"No, no way, we're not attending parties." said Fatima. "Oh come on, your date just blew off we need to celebrate." said Sharon. "You just want a excuse to get some booze, I won't let you." said Fatima.

"I promise, no more than two cups, I swear, I just need you to.. be my sister in crime again, is that too much to ask?" asked Sharon. "I understand.. I miss you too, but there are other ways to hang out, not.. this." said Fatima.

"Like that, crossword competition? look, I promise, if you come to me to this party, I'll do whatever you want, I swear." said Sharon.

"Pinky promise?" asked Fatima "Pinky promise it is." said Sharon as she drags away Fatima outside the room, soon the memories restores even further with many instances of memories reviewed at the same time. "Shr... I don't like what they're doing to me." said Fatima

"Monsters, what are you doing to her?" yelled Sharon as both of them return back into the past, with Follome's appearance changed to earlier stage she immediately lets go of her and turns away, finally figuring out who she was before she got admitted to the hospital.

"Fatima is that?" asked Sharon only to find no one but herself with the dead body of Jim nearby.

Meanwhile, back at Dr Shaw's house, Tim is relaxed to find himself back in his room again. "Room sweet room." said Tim. "Don't get yourself to relaxed, there's many more work to do." said Khayun.

"I'm on it, just let me have this moment okay?" asked Tim as he gets up and glances on his physical shape, with biceps and abs now. "Wow, I really did get muscular." said Tim. "Your body is in better shape thanks to me, now stop looking around like you've earned it." said Khayun.

"I did earn, I just fought a freaking monster earlier." said Tim. "In the process of destroying the entire hospital, which I had to clean up while you were slumbering." said Khayun. "Hey, I didn't sleep on purpose, besides, how did that thing find me there.. was it because that follow thing?" asked Tim.

"I do not know." said Khayun. "What do you mean you don't know?" asked Tim. "That thing, it wasn't human or Jinn, I can't even sense what she actually is, and yet, she managed to take control of my body and another Jinn, which is.. remarkable." said Khayun. "Does it mean, she could you know, take control of this handsome dude?" asked Tim.

"Your humor irritates me human, and yes, if she stumbles upon you, she will, which is why we need to find a way to kill her before she does it to us." said Khayun.

"Good point, where do we start then?" asked Tim when suddenly his door knocks. "Yeah?" asked Tim. "Tim, you have another visitor, two this time." said Maggy. "Got it, I'll be there." said Tim. "The one who visited you before, is she?" asked Khayun.

"I don't know, could be her, why?" asked Tim. "She isn't human, I'm certain of it, perhaps if we were to obtain the life force of another Jinn, we can stand a chance against that freak." said Khayun.

"No, I'm not going to kill her, we'll figure it out okay, shut up for now." said Tim as he comes out of his room and heads towards the entrance, just as he opens, he finds himself quite shocked to see Selina and Ivan had come to visited him. "Surprise! and I've brought you a gift." said Selina pointing out to Ivan. "Hey man." said Ivan.

"Hey? what is he doing here?" asked Tim. "Remember when I told you about the hacking thing, he needs your help on that one." said Selina.

"I thought you said it was me that actually did it." said Tim.

"Did you?" asked Ivan.

"No! why would you think I would do something like that?" asked Tim.

"Okay, so whoever this is, you can find him right? if you do, the dispute between you guys could be solved." said Selina. "I wish I could, but I'm kind of busy at the moment." said Tim. "Please don't say No for me, come on, I gave you a lift." said Selina.
