Meanwhile, back at Dr. Shaw's house where the door once again rings, and just as Maggy predicted, it turns out to be Afreen who has arrived a bit earlier than expected. "Hello Mrs Shaw." said Afreen.
"Hey sweetie, wow, you look amazing, come in." said Maggy as she notices Afreen has dressed in special for today and welcomes him back. "So, is Tim home?" asked Afreen. "He's off to see a friend, he'll be arriving soon sweetie." said Maggy. "Oh, I see, so, where's the little one then?" asked Afreen.
"With me." said Dr. Shaw who carries little Tim who excites upon seeing Afreen who carries it and lands with a kiss. "It's good to see you again Dr Shaw." said Afreen. "Please, you're welcome anytime, so, where's the big guy?" asked Dr Shaw. "Off to see Mark, told me he would be back by now." said Maggy.
"Yeah, classic Tim, always late for his arrival, anyway, I talked with his uncle back at Ceylan, Mr Rafai earlier, said he'd be happy to see him as soon as he reaches." said Dr. Shaw. "Great, seems a little sad to see him go again, but he'll return after a few weeks right?" asked Maggy. "Sorry to intrude, by he, do you mean Tim?" asked Afreen.
"Yeah, his mother passed away recently." said Dr Shaw. "Oh my god." said Afreen. "Yep, I've made arrangements for him to Ceylan, figured he could take a break after what he's been through." said Dr. Shaw. "So Tim is leaving then? when?" asked Afreen.
"Not sure, at first he said he'd made arrangements, but now it seems postponed? anyway, he told us he'll inform when he'll go and we would be happy to have him till then." said Dr. Shaw. "Oh I see." said Afreen. "Afreen, didn't you say, your cousins are from Ceylan?" asked Maggy.
"Yeah, they are, my parents too, but we've settled here after I was born." said Afreen. "Oh, well, who knows? you and Tim might be even related, same country right?" asked Dr Shaw.
"Tim is from Ceylan too?" asked Afreen. "His mother was, like you, his family too settled here after he was born." said Dr. Shaw. "Oh." said Afreen as she begins to think of an idea.
Meanwhile, after having Mark convinced to help him find the location of his Laptop, Tim and Mark are sitting towards his computer, awaiting it's location.
"Computer's been tricky since the update, it may take a while." said Mark. "Why don't you disable the update service then?" asked Tim. "Why would I do that?" asked Mark.
"Well... since the version of what you've installed is free, the company is gonna beta test with your opinions to launch premium ones with more stability, people always say update your computers and devices, but once they do that, the device becomes unusable due to lags, freeze, you name it, best way to proceed is to disable the update service on services application and make sure it is always turned off everytime you use it." said Tim.
"Huh? alright (Suddenly the computer starts tracking) There, it's working." said Mark. "And the location pin points too... wait, my home?" asked Tim. "Huh? told you, you've must have left it there, should have doubled checked." said Mark.
"No, look, the previous pings led elsewhere, someone took my laptop away, but is back in my home with it." said Tim. "Oh, but who?" asked Mark. "I suspected, thanks bud, I gotta run." said Tim as he bids good-bye once he realises the Afreen was the one who held onto Laptop all this time.
"Wait, where are you going?" asked Mark.
"Where else? Home, I know who took my lap, thanks bud, but I've should have... it was good seeing you again." said Tim. "Yeah, you too, do you want me to.." asked Mark. "No, it's fine, bye bud, I'll see you soon." said Tim as he bids good-bye and runs away back to his bike when suddenly his phone rings.
"Hello." said Tim as he answers the phone, revealed to be Agent Jessica that called. "It's operational, so, do you still wanna?" asked Agent Jessica. "Yep, I've got a small job, I need to attend, after that, I'll be there." said Tim.
"Alright, see you soon." said Agent Jessica as she ends the call where she stares upon the machine, which appears to be some kind of turbulence machine fixed onto a pod with scientists working around it, including the head scientist who approaches Agent Jessica.
"So, is he coming?" asked the head scientist, revealed to be a clone of Dr Adam Sandler. "Yeah, said he has some job to do, so, now that the job's done, can we focus on Project
BiOWEAPON now?" asked Agent Jessica.
"Not quite, it still has few tinkers to work with, but I'll get right to it, but didn't you say, you still haven't obtained permission on BiOWEAPON?" asked Dr. Adam Sandler. "Yeah, yeah, those idiots never seem to give me that, but they will eventually, now that their units in United States are in disarray." said Agent Jessica.
"Well, they haven't informed anything about their units being in disarray, if that's what you meant." said Dr Adam Sandler. "They don't need to doc, I can see it by their faces, those shitheads are scared, and they need all the help they can get, trust me." said Agent Jessica.
"I can understand, but, given how much situation they've left you to deal on your own, why do you wish to help them?" asked Dr Adam Sandler. "Because doc, if they fall, we will too, they did leave me out to s**t myself, but if I do just the same, not only I'll be leaving the world under a severe threat since the fall of DAWNEGARD, It'll make me look just like them, a shithead." said Agent Jessica.
"I.. understand, I guess I'll head back to work now, let me know when Tim returns." said Dr. Adam Sandler as he continues to return to work while Agent Jessica sends a text.
Meanwhile, Tim who appears to be racing as fast as possible to reach Dr Shaw's house soon. Seeing his reckless driving, Khayun decides to step depsite having held a grudge towards him. "Slow down Tim, you're going to hurt yourself again." said Khayun.
"Wow, the ghost really cares? or was it sacrastic?" asked Tim. "Your rush and ill concentrated mind will be the death of us if you're not too careful and perhaps, if you had just stayed home, this laptop you seek would have been returned just to you." said Khayun. "Yeah, yeah, I know, but it didn't go in waste, I got to see Mark, whom you brainwashed, remember?" asked Tim.
"It was for your own safety." said Khayun.
"You mean your safety? face it, you never gave a s**t about me, everything you ever thought about was yourself." said Tim. "Yes.. I am, so what? you think you would have been any better if our lives were reversed?" asked Khayun. "Don't even bother to compare myself to you, I wouldn't haved acted like you in a single situation, had our roles been switched." said Tim.
"If you our roles had been switched, I would have died in your attempt to escape yourself from me, just like you're doing now." said Khayun. "You don't freaking get it man, I am not agreeing to separate myself from you because of any ego s**t, it's simple, you make me do stuffs I don't want to do, every freaking time, and I've had enough of it." said Tim.
"Everything I ever did was to protect you, and sometimes I even let down the tasks I sought out to do because you told me not, like having to deal with that detective." said Khayun. "The very reason why you didn't kill Detective Sharon was because we were abducted before that, if it weren't for that, you would have straight up killed Sharon and be done with me too." said Khayun.
"Same to you bud, same to freaking you, you piece of s**t!" yelled Tim as he reaches close towards his home after having raced all the way from Mark's house to Dr. Shaw's two ways. "If only I could kill you now for what you've said." said Khayun.
"Yeah, you do it all the time, don't you? now shut up, and remain quiet." said Tim as he parks his bike and heads towards the door and starts ringing. "Aunt Mags, I'm home, sorry about the delay." said Tim who keeps ringing. After a little while, Tim becomes surprised to see the person who answered turns out to be Afreen, who smiles after a while upon looking at him again. "Afreen, hey." said Tim who doesn't seem to be relieved from the shock.
"Hello Tim, long time no see." said Afreen who seems to be just in a same shock as well, but with a little bit of excited to see Tim again as they both stand in silence for a little while. "Quit whatever it is you both are doing and move in, you're starting to make me vomit." said yelled Khayun within Tim since Tim had Khayun's transmitter in his neck removed since he got here.
"Do you wanna come in?" asked Afreen.
"Yeah, sure." said Tim as she steps in. "I'll close the door." said Afreen as Tim almost goes to step forward, but with a sigh, he turns back. "Thanks." said Tim.
"For what?" asked Afreen.
"Maggy told me you and your friends went out to look for me, it's... nice, no one ever done that for me." said Tim. "Isn't it what you've would have, if I went missing?" asked Afreen.
"Probably not, he would have forgotten your existence the day you went missing." said Khayun within Tim. "Uhm.. yes, of course, but this is different, it's.. admirable." said Tim.
"Thanks, hey, what are friends for?" asked Afreen with a pat on his shoulder.
