I looked up at his anxious and fearful blue orbs and took a deep breath.
"No, I can't." I announced, watching his eyes fill with sadness and heartbreak.
He looked down, "Oh... I'm just gonna go then..." he turned on his heel and stared to walk off but before he could I ran towards him and tackled him to the floor.
"No! I won't be your girlfriend because I don't wanna ruin our friendship... what if it doesn't work out? I can't bare to lose you as a friend..." I explained, not looking him in the eyes.
He grabbed my chin gently and made me look at him. His eyes still full of heartbreak and sadness.
