Chapter 29Ravyn looked terrible, almost like the night hag that had pursued Pam in the hospital. But what really held Pam's attention was the army of zombies marching through the mounds. They reminded her of ants as they formed lines streaming around and between the mounds rather than just marching over the tops. She didn't think that the animals on spikes stopped them, but the tide of zombies was like a web expanding out the closer it got. Some even carried banners while others played pipes and drums. The unreality of it all drove the point home. This was all a dream. Her dream, shared with Ian and Ravyn, but really it all came down to her didn't it?
