3. Medical School Life

Hard work is needed to accomplish my dream in becoming doctor. I am so blessed to have Annie during my work. Somehow Annie and I share the same dream to be a doctor. We love to help others and weak in calculation. We thought that a doctor will not need a lot of calculation to do their job. 

Our first year was so tiring. We hardly sleep and almost gave up. Luckily we have Andy who stays by our side, he helped us in doing some tasks. It was not because he had nothing to do, he is just our guardian angel as usual. He is a brilliant student that he has almost finished taking all of the subjects in his major within two years. You can imagine how great he is. He is not only handsome but he is a brainy hot guy. I might fall in love with Andy after his big help during my first year if I have not met Jamie. He was always sweet to me and Annie. If I did not know him long ago, I might misunderstand his actions. 

I saw Andy coming to our campus. He said he wanted to meet his girlfriend in my campus. I never knew that he had one and so did Annie. Annie was surprised as I said so. We were feeling guilty as we do not know him that much. 

He approached me and hugged me as usual, "Mandy, my girl, how was your day?"

"Usual staff bro, another tasks submission coming and the final is coming. How's yours?"

"Yup final is coming. But who needs to study? Life is short we have to live it." He grinned. 

"It is easy for you but they are not for me." He chucked hearing on how I responded. I knew that he was just teasing me as he is really an easy going person. 

"I thought you said you wanna see your girlfriend. Why don't you keep going, don't make me an excuse to stop your action bro." I tried to calm down remembering that I know him so little. "By the way, do I know her? Why did you never tell me and Annie about her?" He laughed as I gave him the question. I stared at him questioning his action. 

"Do you really do not know my girlfriend?" He triggered my curiosity. Yes of course I do not know and demand answer.

"No. You never told me. Neither does Annie. Guilty as charged for not knowing you, I have been too selfish and occupied by school staff so that I did not know any about you. I am sorry. Annie was also sorry and confused as I told her about this"

"Don't be. It is not your fault."

"So, will you tell me who she is then?"

"It is you." He then held my hands and let his eyes saw my confusing face. He grabbed my chin and peeked a kiss from my lip. 

"You must be joking right?"

"I am not, how can you did not understand my feeling after these years? You are always my sunshine that is why I keep on stand by your side. It is not because of Annie, but it is you that make me want to be by your side all the time."

"You do know that I love someone else right?" I have no secret in front of Andy. Every things that I shared with Annie must also be consumed by him. We are just like a family. 

"I do. But I can not resist the fact that you are waiting for something that is unknown and unreal. Let me be your boyfriend for a while. I will not ask for your love back. I only want to love you." His words are so sweet and I am sure all girls will easily be his if he opens his heart to one. He should not fall in love with me. This should not be happening.

"I do not know what to say."

"Just say yes."

"There are many girls want to be your girlfriend out there. Why do you choose me?"

"They are unlike you. You are honest, innocent and accept me the way I am." I was really flattered. I never knew that I was like that in front of him. 

Annie pov

I eavesdropped Andy and Mandy. I was surprised by the fact that Andy loves Mandy. I always hope that they can be couple, I was so sure that they will fill one another completely. They both are my source of happiness and they both need to find their happiness. 

I know that Jamie will always in Mandy's heart but if she has no contact of him, how can they keep their love. It is hard to believe how naive is my Mandy. 

They should be together, I have to talk with Mandy.

I called her and hugged her. "Mandy, come let us talk. You should leave us Andy, I have something to talk with Mandy." I can see that Andy was annoyed by my action. But Mandy needed this, it is always better to hold emotion when hard decisions are needed to be made. I will talk to her and hopefully I can make Mandy and Andy be a couple soon.
