Maddison and Ben had fitted in almost immediately with the pack. Their first night with us had gone perfectly, besides the small altercation with Dominique whom I was going to meet with after breakfast. I had slipped out of bed without waking Maddison, I wanted to make her something to eat and take it to her in bed. Treat her like the Queen she really is. Ben woke up and had gone to play with a few of the children in the pack so it was just the two of us.
