I hang up the phone as a tear rolls down the side of my face. My parents were worried and I had to convince them that they needed to stay at Thornhill to take care our their people. My place was by Luca's side helping our people through this tragedy. Many pyre's burned in the open field and they were not limited to men only. Women and children lost their lives because Jacob Blaine was a heartless bastard who was going to get what was coming to him. I clench a fist on my lap just as a soft knock sounds on my door.
