Reed's POV
I knocked on the room door and heard a short quick response before pushing it open. Seraphina and Amara2 were on her bed, heads bent over a scatter of papers. Seraphina looks up briefly to see me standing there with lunch on a tray. She shoots me a wink before looking back down at something Amara2 was showing her.
"If the academy is really the location of the base, we need to find a way to get to it and destroy it" Amara2 says while I walk over to the desk to set down the tray.
"Why don't you guys take a break" I say and both heads look up just as I heard a joint protest from their stomachs. They both look at me embarrassed and I smile back at them sheepishly. I move to walk back out the room when a hand on my shoulder stops me. I look back to see Amara2 looking at me.
