Reed's POV My eyes pop open and I look around the room I'm in. My mind spins in confusion when I see a tiled ceiling above me. I shift a bit to sit up and wince as I feel the pull of a wrapped bandage at my stomach. I pull the sheet a bit off me to look down at the impeccably wrapped bandage and my left hand flexes with the needle inserted into it. My eyes trail up with the length of tube attached to the IV bag hanging on a stand at the head of the bed. I cautiously put myself into a sitting position and look around the room again. Pale blue walls, a beige colored couch and a single plant in the far left corner complete the layout as I think long and hard about where the hell I was.
