The moon goddess turns back her attention to us as Blaine grunts and scowls above. The gems continue to encircle him like a barrier he cannot touch as he reaches forward with his good hand and pulls back immediately when sparks fly out on contact.
"Why didn't we do this before?" Luca asks looking over to Reed and we all turn to the goddess who is suddenly chuckling softly.
"Sometimes the answers aren't always clear to us. Maybe this entire situation was important for your growth. You are very important figures now." She looks to Luca who shifts awkwardly.
