I woke up today to an empty bed Alex must go to get his running on, his been talking about going back to his routine, hopefully, that's what he went to do I'm trying to get myself a routine and it starting with waking up early and to do some laps with Allie and go training with Austin, when Alex came back he woke me up since I was already dressed and ready to go I went to meet with Allie and her very horrible juice that she keeps insisting is good for you.
I found her stretching herself on the middle of a large circle in the forest it still part of our property and we have some guards patrolling the area
