Leaving my mate was one of the hardest things for me to do right now but I got to do it, I'm getting into some of my old routines training in the morning, take some laps around the property to end it all up I sat on one of the rocks to watch the sunrise, it gives me the energy to get through my day I know it sounds weird but that's how it is for me.
