Dru had committed the young girls scent to memory. If Annie hadn’t been with him, he would have gone straight down to the Alleyway to sniff around, but he wanted to make sure Annie was safely tucked away at the compound before he did anymore digging. The young girl’s case was a good distraction for him. It also felt good to be doing something for someone else.
Once they were back at the compound, Dru and Annie checked in on Ethan first.
“I’m going to go over and check on Terrell real quick,” Dru said to Annie.
“Okay.”
